Luxury Elkpoint Townhome - True Ski in/Ski Out - Best Location (End Unit)

Our 2,600 square foot, 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhome (Unit 11) is one of the few true ski in/ski out properties at Purgatory Resort built right on the slopes and just a short walk/ski to the main plaza.

The gourmet kitchen has granite counter tops and includes a bar with seating and opens to the main living space and dining area, giving you plenty of space to relax with family and friends. And the bunk bed room with 55' TV and XBox 360 is a great place for the kids to hang out. The master bedroom has a gas fireplace while the master bathroom has a jacuzzi tub. The townhome has a washer/dryer, high speed WIFI and an attached heated 2 car garage (tandem - with an additional spot in front) that has plenty of storage room for gear.

Master - King (3rd Level)
2nd Bedroom - King (2nd Level)
3rd Bedroom - Queen (2nd Level)
4th Bedroom - Queen (3rd Level)
5th Bedroom - 2 sets of bunks beds (Garage Level)
Loft - Single pull out sofa sleeper (3rd Level)

The townhome is not pet friendly - please do not bring pets or emotional support animas.

The 4% resort fee included in the quote is the required resort fee that must be charged and does not allow access to the Durango Mountain Club. For an additional (and optional) 4% resort fee, you will have access to the Durango Mountain Club which includes an outdoor heated pool with slide, outdoor hot tub and workout facility. When booking, just advise if you would like us to add the additional 4% resort fee.

Please note that, like most properties in the area, this home does not have AC, as it is uncommon for homes at this elevation. Temperatures inside the property are easily managed by using fans and opening the windows at night when temperatures drop into the 40s.
