Please note that by booking the cabin you agree to our house rules and signing of our Rental Agreement. It will be sent in your booking confirmation email for signature. The booking guest is required to sign the Rental Agreement within 48 hours of booking. We encourage you to message us if you have any questions about this requirement.

Dogs Welcomed:
We know that pets are cherished members of the family. That's why we welcome your furry companions. However, we ask our guest to follow our house rules. Please review them to confirm they align with you.

Wildlife:
Bear sightings are common when visiting the Great Smoky Mountain National Park area. For your safety, if you see one, please keep your distance, Do Not approach & Do Not feed them. Please do not leave food on the pavilion or deck area. All trash bags should be placed inside the bear-proof bins located on the side of the driveway.

Please be aware that our cabin is in the Great Smoky Mountains, and in spite of regular pest control you may encounter various insects. We ask you keep all doors and windows closed at all times to minimize insects inside the cabin.

No Smoking Policy:
Smoking is strictly prohibited INSIDE the cabin. The cabin is equipped with a smoke monitoring device designed to detect cigarette/vape smoke. Violation of this policy will result in the immediate termination of the booking and a $500 charge for deep clean.

Firewood:
Firewood and/or charcoal is Not provided. You may purchase firewood and/or charcoal at any nearby store.

Wi-Fi:
Is available; however, connectivity may be impacted given our mountainous surroundings.

The house is well appointed and maintained. The furniture and beds are comfortable and the decor is fitting of a mountain cabin without being too kitschy. The hot tub & game room work with ease and provided a nice form of entertainment without having to leave the house. The rooms are clean and well stocked with everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Thank you for making this property available for others to enjoy!

Family Getaway

I came with my fiancée, 73-year-old mom, 13-year-old daughter and 4 year old Boston Terrier. There was something for all of us to love! Santy is extremely kind and accommodating, and the cabin was so clean. The outside area was pure bliss.

Beautiful huge, clean cabin, so relaxing

This cabin is first class. It’s brand new and Santy has of everything as cabin is fully stocked with all things you need on vacation. Cabin is huge, 2 adults and 4 kids spread out with space to spare. Hot tub, pool table, & fireplace were some of our favorites. Santy was amazing communication and made sure had a great trip!

Robinson Family Trip

We had an amazing stay at Smokey Paradise! The cabin was super clean, spacious, and beautiful! Our kids loved the loft/game room area and the kitchen was stocked with all we needed to prepare meals at the cabin! Some of our favorite amenities were the outdoor lounge area (with a TV AND fireplace!!!) and table for dining outside. Communication with the owner was great throughout the entire rental process. This cabin was just the best, and the whole family loved our stay there!

Very nice cabin Bears everywhere

This was the best vacation my family an i had an we been goin for the past 30 years an this time was the most fun we had at a cabin. We usually have to pay to go see bears or drive all the way to cades cove. Not this time it was so cool we was there 6 nights an we saw over 10 bears. But we was safe at the cabin u could watch them from the pourch or from inside best time ever. Very good location. Cabin is brand new.

Awesome cabin

We had a great time staying at the cabin. House was clean, easy check-in, etc. the outdoor covered patio area with tv was great. It is a bit of a drive up the mountain but the drive has beautiful views and the cabin is tucked back for nice privacy. There is a walking trail that leads down to a waterfall at the end of the road and there’s a small creek at the front of the property with tadpoles/frogs. We had hoped to see some bears and we not disappointed, 2 on the way in/up to the cabin one day and then 3 more one day walking down the road, next door and behind the cabin! All in all a great experience.

Beautiful cabin!

This cabin is gorgeous! The game room was a bigger hit than expected. Pool, shuffleboard, tons of arcade game options and more! It was pretty hot but we still enjoyed the hot tub a couple of nights and the pavilion was surprisingly comfortable in the heat with the fan on. Bedrooms were roomy and comfortable, each with its own bathroom. There was more than enough room for the 5 of us. The coffee/tea stand was well stocked and so cute. Kitchen was well stocked also. Dishwasher and washing machine pods were provided. Everything was very clean and instructions were clear. We enjoyed that The Island and Tanger were easily accessible. Highly recommend!
