Just 2 blocks from the beach, this peaceful paradise offers a private space walking distance to restaurants, shopping, art galleries, nightlife and romantic sunsets. The modern kitchen and bathroom make this an ideal space to stay. A beautiful pond and waterfall in the rear area offer a peaceful zen retreat. One car off-street parking included, but additional street parking is usually not difficult. The apartment has a private outside entrance and a private yard.
