It is a gorgeous cabin in a great location. Nice and peaceful. The amenities were plentiful. The host went above and beyond to assure our stay was enjoyable. We loved that the cabin was beautifully decorated for Christmas. Not far from McCaysville, Copperhill, Blue Ridge, or even Murphy, NC. Very comfortable! We spent a lot of time watching deer and playing pool.

We had a great time at this cabin. It was clean and the location was great. We had fun playing pool and I especially loved the deck fireplace. There was plenty of wood although I had to buy a hatchet to chop some of it into smaller pieces to get it to burn. But it was great. I would give it 5 stars except for a few things…the soap and shampoos were obviously from a jug of cheap stuff. It all smelled the same and in a generic bottles labeled elite collection or something like that. The smell of it was off-putting. You couldn’t tell what the ingredients were, so I had to buy my own. That’s probably not important to some, but I was a little bit annoyed. We were there 8 days and only had 1 1/2 rolls of toilet paper for each bathroom…I didn’t want to rob from the other bathrooms, so I bought my own. The pans to cook with were not good. But otherwise everything was great. If they’d improve on those 3 things, I’d give it 5 stars and I’d probably stay there again even if they didn’t improve those things.
