RIVER MIST is a charming Toccoa River Cabin, situated in a serene and picturesque location with a wrap-around driveway and covered parking for up to three vehicles. As you arrive, you'll walk up a flight of stairs to the entry door. Inside, you'll be greeted by a custom fully stocked kitchen that includes a Keurig Duo coffee maker, perfect for making either drip coffee or pods. There is a half bathroom on this level that is conveniently located next to the kitchen for all guests in the cabin to use. The roomy living room features a gas fireplace and a large smart TV with cable service, perfect for cozy nights in.

Off the kitchen, you'll find a well-designed dining room with seating for eight and stunning views of the river. The laundry room is attached to the dining room and is available for guests during their stay. Past the living room is the gorgeous master bedroom, complete with a comfortable king bed, a smart TV, and direct access to the outdoor deck area. The master bathroom includes a luxurious walk-in tile shower and a double vanity for your convenience.

River Mist features an inviting outdoor deck on the main level that is perfect for relaxation and outdoor dining. There you will find a wood-burning firepit surrounded by Adirondack chairs. Just a few steps away, there is a big deck with a table and seating for 4, all situated at the river's edge. The area is also lit by string lighting at night, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere.

The deck provides stunning views of the river. Additionally, there is a bunk room on the same level, which contains two sets of bunk beds. The bunk beds have twin-sized mattresses on top and queen-sized mattresses on the bottom. This room also features a smart TV. There is a shared bathroom on the upper level that is very luxurious. It has a beautiful soaker tub, a walk-in shower, and a single vanity. Overall, this living space is a comfortable and cozy place to stay with great views and modern amenities.

There are two cameras located on the property. Camera one is at the front porch facing the driveway and camera two is at the top of the back deck facing the river. The cameras do not view private areas.

We can't control when equipment/things malfunction or break, If the fireplace, hot tub, washer, dryer, etc. malfunctions or breaks during your stay, notify us immediately and we will handle the issue as quickly as possible. We do not offer refunds for instances such as this, but we will handle the situation professionally and efficiently.
