Beautiful house with plenty of space for family. Fully stocked with everything we could have needed, including beach supplies and bikes that were in great condition. Quick responses from owners when we had questions. Very short walk to beautiful beach that was not crowded at all even during spring break. Great location with easy access to everything but less crowded than other areas. Perfect beach vacation!

Wonderful stay!

Clean, updated and spacious home! Management team was very friendly and responsive. The walk to the beach was convenient (house had lots of beach toys, chairs, towels and a cart)5 min bike-ride into Rosemary. 2 min car ride to lots of good restaurant options. Our favorite nights were on the third floor balcony with a beautiful tree-top view and great grill! We loved everything about this stay! Would highly recommend.

Great house and location to the beach

The house was the perfect place to enjoy a week at the beach. It was a short walk down the street to the beach access, which was great if you had to run back or if you just wanted to go catch the sunset. The bedrooms and bathrooms were awesome. We enjoyed the 2 decks to have coffee in the mornings and relax and read a book. The kitchen was well stocked and we had fun making dinner as a family. The location was a quick bike ride to shops and restaurants in Rosemary. We would definitely stay here again.

Great home & location

We had an amazing week at the beach with the family. Great location, quick walk or bike ride to the beach, can easily bike ride into Rosemary Beach too. Beautiful home, plenty of space for everyone to hang out together or have some time to yourself. The hosts were very responsive and took care of a couple of issues immediately upon our arrival. They made sure everything was taken care of for our stay and were available at anytime if we had any questions. Definitely recommend Kalos to host your next vacation.

Good experience

Good proximity to the beach, responsive property management, house was clean and stocked with basics. Shared swimming pool was a let down, but could greatly benefit from more chairs and some decent plantings in close proximity to the pool. Overall, a really good experience. Did notice that dryer duct is not connected, which should be addressed before next group of guests. Thank you!

This home is amazing for families with littles! We did beach in mornings, pool afternoons. Quick walk to Rosemary beach area. The house was spotless and so welcoming. The owners made check-in and even more importantly check-out so easy. Highly recommend!
