Oceanfront condo only steps to both famous beaches Kamaole I and Kamaole II. No elevators or stairs to navigate. Our Lanai spills onto a well maintained lawn and garden area making our views unforgettable and easy access to the beaches and pool.

Sliding glass doors in both the Living Room and Primary Bedroom to maximize light and provide seamless indoor-outdoor transitions.

Royal Mauian is a popular well-maintained private complex nestled between the best south Maui beaches Kamaole I and II with exceptional swimming, snorkeling and turtle watching. Let's not forget to mention the unobstructed views of Molokini Crater and the West Maui Mountains.

Our 2 BR condo has comfortable furnishings with authentic Hawaiian hospitality. The Primary Bedroom includes a King-Size bed with 100% cotton sheets, a walk-in closet, and ocean views. Our Second Bedroom includes 2 Twin Beds (convertible to King) with 100% cotton sheets, double door closet.

New LCD TV's in the Living Room (40 inch; Smart/Apple TV), Primary Bedroom (32 inch; w/Apple TV) and Second Bedroom (27 inch; w/Apple TV).

The convenience of a ground floor unit is perfect for all ages and any family. Walking distance to many specialty shops, restaurants, and nightlife. Minutes from WAILEA shops, fine dining and more beautiful beaches.

The rooftop is unique for dining and views! A prep kitchen and BBQ grilles make a perfect gathering place for meals and enjoying sunsets with views of Haleakalā and West Maui Mountains.

**PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT HAVE A/C.
Our building is designed to allow ocean front trade winds to naturally cool our condo. We have ceiling fans in each room to keep air flow comfortable year-round. If you absolutely cannot imagine living without A/C, our 'Ohana experience may not be for you.

Check-in time is 4:00 pm/Check-out time is 11:00 am. There is no assigned parking. One car space per condo.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please clear kitchen counters and sink of all food and dirty dishes. If needed, please run the dishwasher one last time. OK to leave clean dishes for our crew to put away.
Please take out kitchen trash and recycling items.
Only if time allows, please wash and dry all used beach towels. Mahalo and we wish you good travels home.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please do not move furniture from original location. If you would like Twin Beds in Garden Guest Bedroom converted to a King, please let us know.
Help manage beach sand and wind by using the available broom and Dyson vacuum as needed. Please rinse off your feet when returning from the beach
Royal Mauian Property Rules do not allow balls, lawn games, frisbees in any common area. The beach + Kamaole I Park is perfect for sport activities.

Our family has been visiting this beach for over 35 years, thanks to our parents! They encouraged us to meet every year in this little spot of paradise. In 2008, we purchased this beautiful ocean front condo to ensure we always had a place for our family traditions to continue.

We welcome you to begin your own traditions. Our hospitality will be felt the moment you enter our condo.

Why they chose this property

We are at the best beaches in Maui. Kama'ole Park is divided into three distinct beach areas. Kama'ole I has the largest and loveliest beach of the three with fine white sand and great swimming conditions. There's even a grassy area at the south end for picnics and playing. Kama'ole II is located a little further south and the beach is a little smaller but has also has good swimming. Kama'ole III is very popular with the locals. The waves here are more consistent making it a great place for boogie boarding and paddle boards. The sandy beach is small but it has a large grassy area, perfect for kite flying, picnics, and relaxing.

What makes this property unique

World class shopping is minutes away at The Shops at Wailea. There is a wide selection of shops and restaurants available. Tommy Bahamas is a favorite place to hang out with local music nightly. Ask for the lunch menu for dinner time – the Steak salad is a must.

You will also enjoy golfing; the Maui Ocean is seen from most holes on the courses in Wailea.

Enjoy long walks along the beach and pathways connecting each beach - we actually walk from Royal Mauian to the Grand Wailea and back in just over one hour.

Enjoy paddle boarding - if you have not yet tried this you MUST.

Snorkeling/Scuba boats and tours launch 1/2 mile away with 2
trips daily to Molokini Underwater Crater, but you may also rent equipment
across the street and encounter wide varieties of sea-life near the volcanic
granite seawall a few steps from our door.

Yoga is 2 times a week at the lawn next door. Check with the front desk for a schedule.
