We loved this house! The great room area and kitchen was perfect for our family gathering. The kitchen was well equipped and the whole house was clean. Rental Leaf (the rental company) was great with communications and response to our questions.

Great week at Seaside Escape

Our week at Seaside Escape was wonderful. The house was spacious and perfect for our family of 16: 14 adults (young and old), 1teenager and 1infant. The walk to the beach is short and easy. However, we spent a lot of fun and relaxing time in the pool. The initial reservation and arrival process was one of the easiest and smoothest I have experienced. Communication with the property manager was very easy. We had a few questions and minor issues which were answered and handled quickly. There was plenty of tableware, flatware, cookware, bath towels, etc. for all of us. The elevator is a big plus for luggage and groceries. We would definitely come back to this house.

Loved the place!

We absolutely loved the layout of the house with bathrooms for every room! Great location. We selected the place also because of the heated pool and hot tub. The hot tub never got hot the entire stay. We inquired and felt blown off. The kitchen is great, but really lacking in some of the basics. They should keep tin foil, saran wrap, salt and pepper, paper towels etc. I understand needing to purchase some things, but this is the first time I've stayed at a place and there was nothing. The frying pans are stainless steel and horrible to cook on. They could also leave at least one spare roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. Suggest adding scissor, new tongs, and upgrade the toasters. They blew a fuse every time we tried to use them.

We apologize that you experienced issues with the hot tub heating. We advised that the heat delay could have been due to the excessive rainfall that week. We also apologize that you felt that your inquiry was blown off. Our records indicate that a Pool/Hot Tub technician went out there and we were also in the regular communication via text message. Guests bring or purchase their own essentials for personal use but Housekeeping will look at updating the inventory.
