Host did a great job responding to any questions promptly. Great location near about anything you would want to be by. No need to rent a car. Great pool and ocean view.

Alex, the onsite contact was very helpful getting things arranged. For example the power went out in the only the unit and he was able to get it resolved in about an hour.

The condo is absolutely beautiful & the views are breath taking. The property manager was responsive and went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. We had the most relaxing family vacation and cant wait to go back! I fell in love with Puerto Vallarta!

Open, airy, and spacious oceanfront condo in the hotel zone conveniently located mins from the airport, marina, and downtown. Lots of walkable options nearby or short car/taxi/uber rides to everything needed. Alex our host was friendly, thorough, and prompt to respond before and during our stay. The Peninsula is secure and safe and only accessible to residents and guests. Even off of the condo property we felt very safe and welcomed by all. While the locals will offer their goods and services, they are friendly and not pushy. This was our first time to PV and we would definitely return. We saw whales multiple times a day (January), enjoyed local fare, went to the malecón twice, rented ATVs to explore the Sierra Madres, spent the day on a center console fishing, spotting whales and dolphins, visiting remote beaches and restaurants, snorkeling, and enjoying the tropical views and abundant sunshine. We also enjoyed the local cuisine from tablecloth dining on the beach on the malecón to local street vendors.

Accurate and near perfect. Gorgeous views. It's actually better than the pictures.Well stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds.Easy check in check out.Really couldn't have been much better.

Dishwasher broken, jacuzzi bath tub not working, air conditioning in liv rm partially broken, washing machine flooded, not enough sheets or blankets I had to buy some on arrival (we were nine people booked so owner knew we’d have at least one on couch needing bedding), inadequate towels so we washed them everyday then owner complained electricity usage high, electricity went out for hours in a very hot day and another day, showers don’t drain.. beautiful unit and friendly staff but maintenance of this unit needs attention and if you pay luxury condo prices this is not what you should expect. I did not intend to wash dishes for ten people three times a day on my holidays and have to duct tape cardboard boxes to living room windows to replace broken air cond with a portable one we found in bedroom. no refund offered (they offered a discount on my next stay? Someone has a sense of humour…)
