About this property

Lovely cottage on quiet country road in Millerton, New York, on 23 acres.

Our lovely 1810 cottage, on a quiet road is bright, cozy, and comfortable. We have two bedrooms, with artwork and books, a large living room with a sofa to sink into with a book, and a separate study, for working or creating, with a view of fields behind the house. Also a private gym with a stationery bike, rowing machine, free weights, yoga equipment. The cottage is thirty feet from the main house and barn, so guests will share the driveway and the 23 acres surrounding the house. Walking distance to the Harlem Valley Rail Trail and neighboring sheep and dairy farms.
Come here to read, take walks in nature, watch birds, sleep deeply, or work in a serene setting. Nearby lakes for swimming. Many accessible hikes. Wonderful restaurants in several towns nearby.

There is a shared laundry room.
Pets are welcome. We will charge an additional $20 per night per pet.
Our cleaning fee is $90 for a two night stay, $120 for stays longer than two nights.
