- Master bedroom includes a king-size bed with designated workspace located on the main level. There is a lock box located in the walk-in closet.

- Three spare bedrooms and a full bathroom are upstairs.
- Balcony located off one of the spare bedrooms upstairs with beautiful views.

- Smart TV in the living room and Amazon Fire TV stick in the master bedroom. Please note we do not have cable due to the amount of streaming services accessible on both TVs.
- We supply bed linens & bath towels. Beach towels are NOT provided.
- Community pool located within the neighborhood. Pool pass provided so you can take a dip and enjoy the cool water.
- We also provide enough hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, & trash bags to get you started upon arrival. However, if you stay longer than a couple of nights, please plan to supplement with your own supplies based on your needs.
-There is a security camera located out front which is facing the driveway.
- Please note that we do require a signed rental agreement.
- If you arrive before check in time or plan to stay in the area after check out, there are several public parking lots throughout North Myrtle Beach that you can use. The closest ones to the house are located on 6th Ave N and 46th Ave S near the beach access.
- We are happy to help with any questions! We strive to be extremely responsive but unobtrusive.

Getting Around:
The Coast RTA -
Local bus service is available by The Coast RTA. The Coast is affordable, convenient, public transportation along major thoroughfares and to and from the Grand Strand. The Coast is a regularly scheduled bus system, consisting of more than 45 vehicles, offers service seven days a week, 362 days a year. The Coast RTA offers Para Transit service. The public transit also operates 9 fixed routes servicing the Waccamaw Region, including Georgetown, Myrtle Beach, Surfside Beach, and Conway.
Coast RTA's Entertainment Express in Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach is a convenient option for families looking to explore the area's attractions with regular stops along the routes. Cost for the Entertainment Express is $1. Visit Ride Coast RTA . com for further details or call them by phone.
The bus stop closest to Coastal Charm is about 3 blocks toward the beach at 17th Ave S and S Ocean Blvd. Diagonally opposite from Molly Darcy's Irish Pub and Restaurant and in front of Crescent Shores Condominium.
Rideshare Apps -
Uber and Lyft are also both available throughout the Myrtle and North Myrtle Beach area.
- NO SMOKING. If anything is smoked inside, you will incur a $450 fee for deodorization treatment which shall be charged at the end of the Lease Term. The property is a non-smoking property. Smoking is permitted outside if the windows/doors remain shut. The Guests are responsible for the disposal of all cigarette butts. If cigarette butts are found improperly disposed of on the property, the Guest will be subjected to stiff fines.
- Check-in time is 4:00PM and check out by 10:00AM. Early check ins and late check outs are not available due to our cleaning protocols. No parking on premises before check in time or after check out time.
- Self check-in with keyless PIN code lock.
- TRASH: please separate waste and recycling and place into the designated bins on the side of the house by the front door. It is the guest's responsibility to take the TRASH & RECYCLING bins to the curb on TUESDAY evening. And, return the TRASH & RECYCLING bins to the side of the house by the front door by WEDNESDAY evening (after it has been collected by the trash company).
- Cleanliness: Guests should not leave the listing in a state that requires excessive or deep cleaning (moldy dishes, soiled carpets, stains from pets, etc.). Cleaning fees set by Hosts are only meant to cover the cost of standard cleaning between reservations (laundry, vacuuming, etc.).
- Litter: Guests should put their trash in designated trash receptacles and be mindful of excessive amounts of trash.
- Please park in the 2 assigned parking spaces in the driveway located directly in front of the home (Coastal Charm). Each space measures 10 feet wide and 22 feet deep. Your vehicle MUST fit within these dimensions because there is no other parking available. Vehicles with a trailer will NOT fit in the driveway.
- No more than 2 vehicles are permitted to park on the property.
- Do not block the driveway or park in any spaces assigned to the home next door, or you could be towed.
- All visitors must be approved by host.
- Be respectful of our neighbors by keeping noise volumes low. Quiet hours are from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am.
- In order to avoid potential staining, please do NOT use bleach to clean anything during your stay. We have professional cleaners who will use bleach appropriately in between guests to ensure a high standard of cleanliness.
- Do not burn incense, essential oils, or similar items. These scents are difficult to remove before the next guest checks in, and some guests may have sensitivity to smells.
- If the Premises qualifies for a “deep clean” due to the amount of “wear and tear” from a party or large gathering, a fee of $500 (“Party Cleanup Fee”) shall be charged at the end of the Lease Term.
- The Owner does not permit pets in the rental property unless agreed upon at the time of booking. A $500 fee will be assessed if a pet is found to have been in the rental property without pre-authorization. If yard waste is not cleaned up behind a pet that is pre-authorized, an automatic charge of $100 will be charged at the end of the Lease Term.
- The Owner is committed to providing accommodation to those with physical/emotional disabilities requiring a service or emotional-support animal. The Owner operates under the terms of the Fair Housing Amendments Act of 1988, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, and Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act. If a guest requires the assistance of a service animal, he/she must request this at the time of booking in written form along with a note from the service provider, doctor or therapist verifying the need for the support animal. If this policy is violated, it may result in a fine up to $500 and possible eviction from the property with forfeiture of rent.
- The Guests acknowledge and agree that the use of the community pool associated with the rental property is at their own risk. The Guests assume full responsibility for the safety and supervision of all persons using the pool, and agree to comply with all posted pool rules and safety instructions. The Owners shall not be liable for any injuries, damages or losses arising from the use of the pool or pool area. The Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Owners from any and all claims, damages or expenses arising from the use of the pool or pool area. The Guests are strongly advised to ensure that all individuals using the pool are capable swimmers and that appropriate safety measures, such as pool fencing or supervision, are taken to ensure the safety of all guests. Community pools are not controlled or maintained by the Owners and cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience resulting from the pool. Community pools have electrical/mechanical components. These components can sometimes malfunction. The Owners cannot be held responsible for any malfunctioning pool. No compensation will be given for a malfunctioning pool.
