This place was absolutely amazing, we had everything we needed and more. The place we stayed was comfortable, had enough beds and a aw in a great location. This is a great gets away spot while also having lots of convenient amenities.
Quiet small home in farm country. We enjoyed seeing the donkey and pony, having a fire on the back porch, and stargazing. The spacious kitchen was nice for meal prep. The trip was very peaceful!Note, the indoor wood burning stove cannot be used by tenants. Also, if you’re tall, the loft where the beds are has a vaulted ceiling less than 6 feet at its highest point.
This is a true gem of a property to stay at. It was a delight from the start, with Kadi greeting us upon arrival. Beautiful, peaceful surroundings, and awesome for stargazing. Gorgeous sunset views from the kitchen. The bunkhouse is cozy, and Andrea had thought of everything. It was a pleasure cooking in a full kitchen, and we especially enjoyed sitting outside in the eves and having a fire. Andrea was a delight to meet and chat with. Can't recommend the bunkhouse enough, we had an awesome stay! Thank you!
Charming place to stay with great antique places and pictures that made it fun! Loved the back patio and it was great to grill out there! Kadi was a fun visitor!!!
Thanks for a great stay. The guest house was very clean, quiet and comfortable. The country setting made for wonderful weekend stay and the highlight was being met by your friendly pups!
It was extremely clean with cute decorations. Owners were very friendly and kind. I would definitely stay there again. Warm and cozy accommodations and close to surrounding towns!
We headed to the Lanesboro area for a little r & r; discovered Sheldon and Andrea’s place, and it was the perfect retreat for what we needed! Clean, comfortable, well-appointed and an idyllic place to unwind!
Great place stay, host and animals were all very accommodating, good location to accessing different sections of the root river bike trail. Will be back.
