A newly furnished condo located across from
Bill Snyder Family Stadium.

The property is located on the corner of College and Kimball. This is a perfect location for any KSU event. Parking passes are provided for your stay!

You will only be a short distance from Via Christie Hospital, NBAF, Aggieville and downtown.

Available for month to month rental as well.


The space
This condo has four bedrooms. Two rooms are furnished with a king bed in each. The other two bedrooms have two full beds each. There are two full bathrooms along with an open kitchen and living room area. The living room has a pull out sofa and two reclining chairs.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Gather used towels and place by kitchen island. All dishes need to be washed and put away.
Please take all trash out and to the dumpster.
Please leave all parking passes by the island. Please note, there will be a fine for any parking passes that are missing.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Smoking of any kind inside the condo or outside on the deck/balcony is not allowed.
