The Bunkhouse is professionally cleaned and with a 2 day wait period between groups staying there.

The Bunkhouse is a Western, open concept 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom house. It is located 5 minutes from downtown Manhattan. For your comfort, we have a king, queen, full and twin bed. Bathroom is split between sink area and a private toilet & shower area. Large Smart Roku TV. Internet. This home will comfortably sleep 7 people. Large dining room table and large couch and easy chair. Kitchen has microwave and dishwasher. Washer and dryer available. Refrigerator has ice machine. Private back patio with grill. Off-street parking for 5 cars. No pets. No smoking. Quiet neighborhood. Comfortable. Clean. Private. Not only is it close to downtown Manhattan, but also close to the Discovery Center, Konza Prairie hiking trails, Wildwood Adventure Park - Ziplines & More, Pillsbury Crossing...and all that Manhattan has to offer. Easy access off Highway 177 - the Bill Snyder Highway.

Great place to stay!

The Bunkhouse was an awesome place to stay! It is very spacious and well equipped. The owners live next door, yet there was plenty of privacy for those of us staying at the Bunkhouse. It is tastefully decorated with a comfy outdoor seating area. We hope to be back to stay again for a KState football game weekend. We would definitely recommend the Bunkhouse for family and/or friends to stay while in beautiful Manhattan.

As advertised and super clean! Close to everything and super quiet! Hosts are great and respond very quickly to messages and phone. We had some changes to our flights that caused us to get in very late and they were very gracious and helpful late at night. Will definitely look to book again when we are visiting Manhattan.

4 middle age guys road trip back to MHK for a football game. This place did the job nicely for a couple nights in town. Kinda wish it had sports channels like espn but not that big of a deal.

Cowboy Hotel

We came in town for a K-State football game. It had been years since we had been in town. We loved this little house. It was a short drive to down town Manhattan or the stadium, but far enough away it was quiet and peaceful. The owners were next door if you needed anything. Our 7 year old called it the Cowboy Hotel and loved the decor. We will definitely check this house out again when we come back to town!!!

Nice and quiet...a little hard to find..do not wait until dark to try and find it!! lol Property and bunkhouse were super clean, well stocked with everything we needed, and communication was great! 4 out of 5 stars....the only grunch we had was totally personal preference but lord our mattress was SO hard lol...but seriously...great stay!!! Great Bunkhouse

The Bunkhouse was a great find for our stay while in town for the K-State graduation. It was very roomy, open and comfortable. Everything we needed was provided except an iron and ironing board, which the owners were quick to bring both to the house. The location of the house was very convenient. It was a very short drive to town. The owners had great communication and were easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again.

Cozy and inviting

We spent the weekend in Manhattan and stayed at the Bunkhouse. We had a great time. There is a lot of space to spread out. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. Thank you Kris and Steve for your hospitality. Communication with Kris was excellent. We highly recommend staying here.
