Indulge in outdoor living at its finest with a fully equipped covered bar overlooking the river, complete with a full-size fridge, ice machine, and TV. Bring your favorite beverages or drink mixes and enjoy a mixed cocktail or glass of wine by the hot-tub. Outdoor hibatchi grill and outdoor kitchen with full size grilling station. Watch dolphins and manatees frolic in the water as you relax on the dock or explore the private beach with its hammock and picnic table. From tire swings to wooden bridges, there's plenty to discover on this car-free island paradise.

Furry friends are welcome to join in on the fun, with a fenced yard available for their enjoyment. Just be sure to clean up after them, and note that a small pet fee applies. Plus, guests can enjoy strolls along private walking paths surrounded by lush landscapes, often encountering friendly residents en route to island gatherings and sunset soirees.

This is a CAR- FREE ISLAND, meaning the ONLY access is by tender or by your personal boat. We provide the boat ride over to the house and a ride back to the boat dock where your car is parked. Other trips to and from the island is $15.00 per trip, not per person. Tender service is never guaranteed for a specific time or last minute. Your on island time and arrangements need to be made in advance for tender service unless in case of emergency. All use of kayaks and paddle boards and hammocks are at your own risk. Reminder we are a car free island but with that, this place is magical!!! We are a pet friendly place but any dogs over 20 pounds need to be approved by case by case basis, due to insurance limitations. $10. Per day per pet.
