Maravilhosa !!
Eu e minha família passamos o fim de ano hospedados nesse ap e amamos, tudo perfeito, o ap é igualzinho tá na foto, super limpo, organizado, aconchegante, próximo a feirinha de Meireles, aeroporto e supermercados. O sr. Leonardo e sua esposa foram super atenciosos, amamos tudo, super indico.

Tranquilidade e Segurança
A descrição do anúncio era precisa em relação à localização, disposição e acomodações, com bons níveis de limpeza. Os proprietários prestaram bom serviço, indicando locais para visitação, compras etc., além de serem sempre muito atenciosos. Com certeza, todos nós recomendaríamos o imóvel a amigos e familiares. A Praça da Alimentação do Shopping Aldeota é uma boa recomendação, assim como beber água de coco nas praias e saborear os picolés do Don Paletas. As igrejas da cidade e as feirinhas da orla nos encantaram. O Mercado Central é uma opção para compras típicas. O Dragão do Mar é o point: bom para degustar, ouvir boa música e bater papo, sendo um lugar bem badalado, além de importante centro cultural.

Estivemos no apto por 5 dias e a estadia foi maravilhosa...O apto é exatamente como está nas fotos (limpo, grande, tudo novinho e o proprietário é uma simpatia)

Maravilhoso. Apartamento espaçoso, confortável, arrumado,climatizado, limpo, impecável, bem localizado, seguro, e tudo completamente como mostram as fotos.

Estadia maravilhosa
Apartamento perfeito, conforme consta nas fotos. O casal Sampaio nos recepcionou e prestou toda a assistência durante nossa estadia. Tudo de primeira no apartamento, amplo, espaçoso, bem localizado perto de tudo:praia, shopping, supermercados, bancos, comércio, restaurantes, etc...
Recomendamos, fomos em família, no total de 09 pessoas e nos sentimos em casa.

De frente para o Empório Delitalia!
Os quartos atenderam a demanda proposta, éramos 6 adultos e duas crianças! Apresenta bom estado de conservação e limpeza! Toda a roupa de cama, mesa e banho com bom padrão de higiene. Os proprietários super atenciosos e prestativos desde o primeiro contato até a entrega do apto!

Ótimo apartamento, bem amplo, com todo aparato necessário para uma excelente hospedagem. Ambiente bem familiar e perto de tudo. Passei 8 dias e não tenho do que reclamar. Pessoal bem prestativo e educado.
