Bem localizado. Administração atenciosa.

O imóvel é bem localizado, a duas quadras de Iracema. Próximo pão de açúcar, localiza e demissão conveniências. Porém o apartamento precisa de roupas de cama, pois os hóspedes geralmente não vão ocupar as malas com este tipo de conteúdo.

Ótimo apartamento, grande, limpo, confortável e bem centralizado. Próximo da Beira mar, mercado, farmácia, banco e etc.. Fiz passeios pela orla a pé e me senti em total segurança. Ferias perfeitas! O imovel esta muito bem localizado, perto de padarias, farmacias, supermercados, restaurantes e perto da feirinha! O bairro localizado tambem e otimo, o imovel estava limpinho, tudo em ordem, com todos utensilios domesticos e otimas acomodacoes! Passamos as melhores ferias, agradeco ao Gil e a Neia que desde o comeco deram todas as informacaoes e atenção, fomos muito bem recebidos! A rede na varanda e a melhor parte onde da para relaxar! Apartamento muito bom, os cômodos bem confortáveis, sala muito grande e uma excelente varanda. O apto é bem localizado, mobília completa condiz com o anúncio, próximo ao mercado, praia, freirinha de artesanato e ponto de compra de passeios, muito bom! Tivemos uma excelente recepção pelo sra.Neia e seu esposo que nos deixou preparado uma mesa Para café a qual agradeço, foram atenciosos e nos deixaram a vontade. O apartamento seria perfeito se na sala tivesse ventiladores e se na varanda houvesse realmente uma rede, que não fosse apenas uma foto meramente ilustrativa. Porém isso não é nada diante dos pontos positivos do apartamento e da relação custo benefício, eu recomendo!
