Far from perfect

Domestic disturbance in room 106 next to us was quite excessive.Lots of yelling, screaming and pounding for nearly an hour early morning on July 5. “New”Pillows overstuffed… hard as rocks. No room cleanup while we were there. Could use a nightlight. Premises were clean. No apparent staff. TV worked great… appreciated availability of Brewers game on Baly’s

Dear Sharon, Thank you for your feedback. Our guests' satisfaction is our top priority. We apologize for the discomfort caused by our pillows. Please know that we could have arranged a suitable replacement if notified. Regarding the reported disturbance, our investigation showed no evidence of such incidents. Remember to immediately contact us if any issues arise. Our teams are always ready to assist. For future reference, we follow industry standards for hotels/motels where daily room cleanups are usually not provided. However, we ensure that our premises are immaculate before guest arrival. We're pleased our TV provision met your expectations and hope this added value to your stay. We hope to have the opportunity to serve you better in the future. Best Regards, Tabitha ~ Owner
