Beautiful Condo on Manitowish Lake With Amazing Lake Views

Beautiful, completely remodeled 3-4 bedroom condo on Manitowish Lake, on the Manitowish Chain of 10 Lakes (4200 acres of lakes).

***Available for rent only to our guests: 22' San Pan pontoon boats with 60 or 115 hp 4 stroke Suzuki motors, kayaks, and stand up paddleboards. Delivered to your shore! Please contact us for boat rates and reservations at Manitowish Lake Condos.

Our four vacation rentals are Manitowish Lake Condos and Mann Lake Cottage WI.

Hickory floors, kitchen set up to entertain with 6 barstools all around breakfast bars! Dining table seats 8-10 more with built-in leaf.

3-4 bedrooms upstairs, Sleeps 8-10 with fold out foam loveseat in living room. Three flat screen TVs with DirecTV, in living room and both master bedrooms.

Laundry room with washer and dryer. Central Air. Ceiling fans every room. Free WIFI.

Excellent lake views from living room, kitchen/dining room, and two main bedrooms. Condo is located very close to Lake (about 15 feet from deck to lake stairs), with huge upper and lower decks.

Private steps to lake and large permanent pier. Sand frontage is great for swimming, canoeing, tubing, kayaking, water-skiing, fishing.

Boating is the prime attraction in the summer-- with 10 connected lakes you can get to the beach, town, restaurants, and the ski show all via water!

Private firepit with chairs. Nice Weber propane grill for dinners 'in.' Propane included.

Library, airport, playground, baseball diamond, driving range, platform tennis court, paved bike trails, community gardens, pickleball and tennis courts 1.5 miles north.

Boat launch and marina is located conveniently across the street.

Bike trails and hiking are nearby.

In the Fall: hunting, biking and hiking, boating, awesome fall colors, cranberry marsh tours.

Winter: just South of Indianhead, Blackjack, Whitecap, and Powderhorn downhill Ski resorts in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Great skiing and old school charm. Condo is conveniently located directly on the snowmobile trails!

Great cross country skiing trails! The Winman trail system is only a few minutes away and offers awesome groomed trails for fatbiking, xc skiing, snowshoeing, mountain biking, hiking. Dogs are welcome!

Ice skating! Hockey! Ice fishing! Hot chocolate and warming beverages in quaint pubs! Great restaurants! Small town charm! Peaceful walks in the woods! Plenty of snow for everyone!

The condos are in a great location, easy to get to, just 25 minutes north of Minocqua, and 3 1/2 hours straight north of Madison. On Hwy 51, just 4 minutes by car to downtown Manitowish Waters.

Take the boat out to eat at several great restaurants/taverns, to the park, to the beach, to cruise the 10 beautiful lakes, or to town.

Great fall weekend spot!

Overall this property was in a great location with lots to do close by. The views of the lake were beautiful and the condo was very spacious! This was a great place to stay for our family weekend getaway!

A wonderful place to stay in Manitowish Waters

We absolutely loved our time at the Manitowish Waters Condos. The property was as described in the VRBO listing and we were pleasantly surprised how roomy and spacious the condo was. Plenty of rooms for sleeping. Everything was provided for a comfortable stay. At the lake views and location was just awesome. We also rented the pontoon boat they let us know was available during our stay. Fair price compared to Greer’s Pier or other rental options and it was there when we arrived which was so convenient and easy. We will definitely stay again for our next visit to MW.

very clean and nicely kept up. Loved getting a pontoon right from them no picking up and dropping off. Only thing is that we were sent a list of supplies that was supplied was a great thing but not all of the stuff they had listed was there. We had to run out again to get things not there.

Fall UTV Trip 2024

This place worked great for 5 of us. We came up to ride the UTV trails in Mercer for the pumpkin run. The parking lot worked great for the two Ford trucks and 2 trailers. One trailer was 22' and it fit along the gravel parking lot. A third unit might be challenging but can be done. Since this is a condo the parking lot is shared. If others decide to bring trailers, that may change the situation. It is a condo. I read the reviews of this place and all but one were positive. One person complained but I found the review was completely wrong. The bedding was great (we all slept well), the place was clean and well organized, the host communicated well and accurately, and the view was great. We would recommend this place. For snowmobilers, the trail is on the opposite side of the road. You can ride either north or south very easily.

Cozy Fall Getaway

Our family had such a nice cozy stay here! Perfect amount of space and everything was super clean. Weather wasn’t cooperating, but we still were able to make a fire and enjoy the lakeside views off the back deck. Bedrooms were very comfortable, and bathroom/kitchens were well stocked. No complaints at all! This property would be so perfect in the summer, we might just have to come back!

Perfect lake getaway

The condo is gorgeous, it’s so peaceful and relaxing at this location but close enough to restaurants, shops and cute coffee houses like Dixie’s. Mad Dog Jake’s ice cream shop isn’t far and we loved that place. Highly recommend staying here. Rebecca is fantastic to work with, can’t say enough good things. Oh and my husband and father in law caught a ton of fish, so also some great fishing! Just stay here, you will not be disappointed.

Everything was as described. Being on the lake and the snowmobile trails makes this ideal.

Renting this property worked great for our snowmobiling trip, the trail is right across the street and the lake is just put the back door.

New Years in Manitowish waters

We had a very nice stay in condo #1. The unit is larger than #2 where we stayed last year. Only problem was that there are May stairs to get to the condo and all bedrooms are up another flight of stairs. Was very hard for this 70+ to carry luggage up the stairs. Condo was very nicely furnished and had good internet and good tv service with directTV. Would stay there again.

A great place - we had six adults and 2 toddlers - lots of room for all of us Kitchen is well equipped with dishes, appliances cookware etc. upon arrival condo was clean and welcoming. Communicating with Rebecca was easy and her response was always quick. We would definitely stay here again

This is a great vacation spot for families, with nearby mini golf, go carts, horseback riding, bike trails, hiking trails, wildlife park/zoo, water ski shows, canoeing, and kayaking.
