Our seven day stay in this charming little house was perfect in every way!!! The location is very quiet and within walking distance to all the wonderful Rockridge shops and restaurants. The house is very clean with comfortable beds, modern bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen with modern appliances. The washer and dryer are also very modern. We loved the little yard which included a patio with comfortable furniture…and a little basketball hoop for children! When we first arrived we had a slight problem with the tv in the living room. I texted the owner, Katie. She called me back immediately! (There is also a tv in the master bedroom.) I highly recommend this VRBO! My husband and I can’t wait to come back!!!

Great central location for our stay spending time in Berkeley, Oakland, Walnut Creek and San Francisco. Tons of coffee, restaurants and stores in walking distance. The little house was bigger than expected and just the right size for two of us plus two other guests for part of our stay. Will definitely be back!

Beautiful home in a beautiful area

The property was perfect for our week long stay in Berkeley for our son’s wedding. The house was pristine, nicely appointed, and incredibly convenient to shopping for food, eating out, enjoying the best of the bay area. We will absolutely book this home again when visiting our son and new daughter-in-law.
