Gorgeous 3+bed, 2.5 bath home in great Kensington/Berkeley Hills.Sun filled living room & dining room w/ panoramic Bay views.Family room & office on lower level.Large decks around the house w/ multiple seating/outdoor kitchen/entertainment areas .Great for families that want to experience Berkeley, San Francisco & Bay Area. 2min walk to playgrounds, tennis & basketball courts, 10min walk to Kensington Shops & restaurants. 10min drive to UC Berkeley & 25min drive to San Francisco.
The space
Main floor has sunlit living room & dining room & kitchen(w/ flatscreeen smart tv) w/ folding glass doors to deck- let the inside out & the outside in-lounge inside or outside & enjoy the Bay views. Sonos sound system thru out home.
Three bedrooms(one w/ flatscreen smart tv), 1.5 baths -one w/ tub, & laundry room, also on the main floor.
Downstairs has comfy family room with flatscreen smart tv, wet bar area, office, full bath w/ walk in shower & bonus room w/ queen murphy bed.
Sliding doors to covered deck w/ full outdoor kitchen & dining & lounge areas. Steps down thru beautiful garden to turf yard -play bocce & croquet surrounded by deck w/ lounge area w gas firepit & another dining area in private fenced in backyard.
Home Gym in garage w/ Peloton Bike,(must have your own membership) weights, & other equipment.

This property is wonderful with truly amazing views- especially sunset. We traveled a bit- San Francisco, Mill Valley, Sausalito and Healdsburg and really enjoyed this clean home as our base. The beds were comfortable and the host quick to respond to messages.

The house is absolutely gorgeous, very clean, and in a great neighborhood not too far from lots of great restaurants and a quick drive to the Richmond ferry. The view is the best in the bay as well! We hope to stay again whenever we are back in the bay!

We had a wonderful stay in Kensington ... the house and views are amazing .. we could not ask for anything else as house had all the amenities needed plus more !! Hosts were great to deal with and everything was so easy.. highly recommend.

Perfect spot for daughter's wedding

Stunning and peaceful! Perfect location for our daughter's Brazilian Room wedding. We wanted for nothing. It was the most accommodating VRBO I have ever encountered; we can't recommend this enough.

I didn’t realize I had left a pair of eye glasses at the house in california until she alerted me and then immediately took them to a service that got them sent to me in chicago quickly .She was proactive and responsive and very very kind. It is also a beautiful home with the most thrilling views of San Francisco Bay, comfortable and gracious.

It was an amazing stay. In town for my daughter’s wedding and we couldn’t be more happy. Daughters graduation

We stayed here because it was close to Berkeley University, where are daughter graduated. We had 4 graduations to go to and could not have imagined a better place to stay. Are experience was 5 stars all the way. We hope to visit and stay here again.

Lovely place; spectacular setting.

Property is very much as advertised. Well appointed, roomy, stunning views and very much oriented to outdoor living. (We didn't do much of that because of visiting during the rainiest winter in memory in the area!). Lovely walks in nearby Tilden. Convenient for local shopping and dining down the hill. Property manager is friendly, helpful and very responsive to any request.

Such a lovely home! Quintessential Northern California vibe. Very well equipped with everything we needed. Trish was very responsive and helpful. The view from the home cannot be beat…absolutely breathtaking. The neighborhood was very, very quiet. We slept like babies! Would definitely book again next time we’re in the Bay Area. Thank you!
