Enjoy the waters of the Gulf of Mexico just a short drive from the bungalow. Take in the sunsets at Nokomis Beach. Take a walk through the charming Bay Point neighborhood. See all that the historical Venice Island area has to offer just a 5 minute drive from the bungalow. Golf, tennis, pickleball, and croquet are all available nearby. Go fishing. Take in a play at the Venice Theater. Sarasota is only twenty minutes north via US 41 with more restaurants, beaches, golf courses, etc. Or just relax and watch tv. WIFI and a Firestick tv is provided. Kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. Washer/dryer located in the utility room. Large master shower. Well maintained yard with beautiful old growth oak trees provides a lush canopy for the birds to enjoy.

Excellent location for Nokomis and Venice area. Close to beaches short drive to Siesta Key and Manasota. Quiet neighborhood and wonderful restaurants in the area.

Great host but as important the place was in very good condition and better yet cleaned to perfection. Very nice to have appliances that you want to use because they're clean and well cared for.

Florida cozy bungalow stay

We really enjoyed staying at this cute and cozy bungalow in a lovely neighborhood. It was perfect for our needs and was very close to Nokomis & Venice beaches. The hosts were easy to communicate with and responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

Great little bungalow!

The bungalow was perfect for the 2 of us. It is in a great location. You could walk to Pop’s Sunset grill. Jerry was very nice and helpful. Our flight was canceled and we came in a day late. Jerry was available so we could keep him posted on our travels. It’s very clean and comfortable. We’ll be back!

Charming bungalow

We really enjoyed our 2 week stay at this little bungalow. It was only a 5 minute drive to Nokomis beach, which had a boardwalk, concessions, and restroom facilities. Parking at the beach is free ( but you need to get there by 9:30 to not have to wait for a spot)! Drum Circle on Wed and Sat nights was funky and fun! The bungalow was very clean and had every single thing we needed. We enjoyed sitting on the screened porch, looking out over the treed yard and beautiful landscaping. It felt very tropical. The beds were really comfortable. Jerry was very easy to communicate with. The neighborhood was quiet and walkable and the neighbors were friendly. We hope to go back!
