About the host
Hosted by Sean Cooke
I am a true Arizona Native, born and raised in the Valley of the Sun. I have been married to my corn husking wife now for 20 years and we have 6 awesome children. I am a corporate pilot and own and operate an agency that helps those with developmental disabilities.
Why they chose this property
My father started taking us to Mismaloya as kids back in the 90’s and I fell in love with the jungle. I have it on VHS as a kid telling my dad that I would live there one day and even proposed to my wife on the beach back in January 2006!
What makes this property unique
The home was originally built back in the late 80s and then abandoned at some point about 10 years later. It was taking back by the jungle until we purchased it in 2021. We added the sky light, the gym and the master bedroom, excavated the pool and incorporated the large boulders that serve as part of the homes foundation. The yard is very large for the area and the Mango tree is older than you or I!
