- NO PARTIES! Excess noise is not permitted, please respect the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours
- Groups of young people are not accepted. It is a family oriented place, It`s not a party place. :)
- Reservations for young people under 25 years old are not accepted.
- Do not stain the white towels – a $10 fine per towel will be charged for any stains found on the towels – regardless of whether or not the stain comes out in the wash or not. Do not use towels to clean up blood, dirt or any other unsanitary messes. Please use paper towel.
- No use of any glass in the pool area and gardens in Seibal. Fines of around $10,000 MNX
- Do not use any towel or face cloth to remove: makeup, blood, dirt, etc.

Amazing condo! Everything was advertised. Access to Vidanta was easy and seamless. The reception desk staff were accommodating and ready with suggestions for dinning and places to see. Great stay for golfers.
