To the right, an airy hallway leads the way past the powder room, first floor office and laundry rooms. The great room features a custom-built gas fireplace with comfortable furniture and beautiful views of the lake. A round dining table with seating for eight sits between the kitchen and living area.

The kitchen boasts cupboards that reach the high ceilings. An oversized island bar doubles for convenience in meal prep and additional dining space.

The entry level offers a master bedroom with king bed and en suite bathroom with walk-in tile shower and his and hers sinks.

Completing the entry level, a seasonal room with daybed and extravagant lake view is perfect for an afternoon nap in the summer time.

Upstairs, a hallway landing work space offers lake view in the distance. This work area is sure to bring peace to any zoom meeting you need to have while away from the office. The second bedroom offers a queen bed while the third offers built in bunk beds with queen mattresses. Adult bunk beds are sure to make the kid inside you happy!

Outside, the lakeside deck has a covered area to escape the sun, or uncovered space to let those rays shine down on you. Spend your days at the waterfront where you'll find 80 feet of lake frontage! Bring a fishing pole from home and when the seasonal dock is out, see who catches the biggest fish of the day. In the evening, enjoy a relaxing dip in the lakeside hot tub.

Plenty of Finger Lakes fun can be had with just moments away. Blue Skies is located within 10 miles of Naples, Twisted Rail Brewing and Cummings Nature Center. During the winter months, skiing can be enjoyed at nearby Bristol Mountain or even at Hunt Hollow just down the road. With Canandaigua an easy 20-minute drive to the east, many area attractions are right at your fingertips!

Occupancy: This property is closely monitored for responsible renting. The maximum occupancy of each home is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time. This includes both day and overnight guests.
