Cute place but awful neighbor and unknown live-in on property.

Our stay was interesting to say the least. When we arrived at 5pm (checkin us at 3) we walked into the main house and around the back towards the townhouse. We were surprised by a property manager and a tenant on the property. The listing states entire place and says nothing about other tenants. The townhouse (where my mother was staying) wasn't ready when we arrived. Maybe it was a miscommunication with their cleaners but it was an inconvenience to us when we were trying to get in and cleaned up for dinner. Later in the night around 9pm we were outside enjoying the nice side patio when the neighbor came over to tell us we were being loud. We decided to move to the front porch not to disturb the neighbor but she continued to harass us as we were just sitting and talking on the front porch. She threatened to call the police which she did and nothing happened because it’s not against the law to talk on your porch. The place was nice and can fit a large group like it says but it was not welcoming at all. The unknown tenant and crazy neighbor made us uncomfortable. I will not go back.
