Welcome to Parks Edge 29, your exquisite 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath cottage retreat offering the perfect home away from home for your well-deserved vacation. Nestled within the picturesque Parks Edge community adjacent to the Village of Tannin in Orange Beach, this cottage provides a tranquil escape just minutes from the pristine beaches.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by the inviting main floor featuring a spacious open living space. The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern amenities, including a large island, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances, making it a haven for culinary enthusiasts. A full-sized washer and dryer add convenience to your stay, while a half bath ensures comfort for all guests. The living room is designed for relaxation, complete with a huge flat-screen TV for entertainment.

On the main floor, you'll find the Primary bedroom, offering a luxurious retreat with a comfortable King-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, and access to a private bath featuring a tub and walk-in shower.

Venture to the second level, where two additional bedrooms await. The first of these bedrooms features a Queen bed, while the second guest bedroom offers two Full beds, providing ample sleeping arrangements for guests. Both bedrooms have access to a convenient Jack and Jill bathroom.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

Beautiful sunrises, pier and both beaches in walking distance. If you take the trail to the left you can walk to the lagoon side, or cross under or over the bridge to the gulf side. Great fishing and swimming

Parks Edge in Orange Beach

Our family of five (two adults; three teens) stayed at 29 Parks Edge and loved it! The house was spacious, beautifully appointed decor and all the amenities needed to enjoy a luxurious home away from home. Very short walk to the beach and even shorter walk to the pool!

Fabulous beach house! This place hadone of the best stocked kitchens i have ever seen! Our family of 2 adults and 7 kids (ages 18 down to 3) was very comfortable staying here. We had everything we could need, a washer/dryer, well-equipped kitchen, plenty of room to sleep, games for rainy days, streaming services for movies, and comfy sectional couch/chairs to hangout in the livingroom. There are 2 pools to go to as well. The smaller one is just across the road and the very large one is a 1 min walk down the road. Only complaint was that the kitchen sink was a little hard to turn off, so just make sure its is all the way off before you walk off.

Long weekend with 4 teenagers

We were in the area celebrating our 16 year old daughters birthday with a couple of her friends. Initially she was disappointed we weren't right on the beach but the minute we walked into our adorable little 'cottage', 4 otherwise hard to please teenagers fell in love. The beach was close enough, we got to walk to Ron Jon and for some really delicious ice cream (at Pete's), and there was plenty of good food in the area! We couldn'tstay!stay!staystay!
