After spending the day soaking in the sun next to the Atlantic Ocean or on the golf course, retire to the centrally-located and well-appointed Coastal Eve Retreat with private garage and driveway. This lovingly decorated space filled with antique treasures and pieces by local artists is designed for creating lasting memories with family and friends in a comfortable and safe environment.

With plenty of places to sleep and entertain it’s perfect for all types of groups!

This home is brand new and this will be our first season! We have an experience management team and we can’t wait to have you!!

This home has been perfect for our large family and that’s what we want to share with everyone else. Whether it’s large groups or multiple families, this home can accommodate it all. With two living rooms, lots of beds, and plenty of space for entertaining the group!

As you pull up, we have plenty of parking and a two car garage that’s got all you need! An extra fridge, games, and beach essentials. Then, coming into the home, there are two rooms to the right. One has a queen bed and the other has 2 bunk beds, perfect for the kiddos! Between these two rooms is a full bathroom.

As you make your way down the hall you’ll hit the large laundry room and flex space! This flex space really is multiple purpose. It has a pull out bed so it can be a 4th bedroom, but is also great for a movie, a little separation for the kids, or game night!

Moving to the back of the house you hit the main living area that’s wide open to the kitchen and dinning room. The kitchen is fully loaded and has a HUGE island!! Right on the other side of the dining table is your access to the back that has a small table and is FULLY FENCED! Kid and pet friendly!

Finally we come to the master suite that is spacious and has a great bathroom and walk-in closet. This really is a great place to enjoy the NC coast and all the small towns around it. We can’t wait to have you!

The entire home is all yours! Entire the house, fenced back yard, and vacant lot next to the house for all your needs.

The pet fee covers up to 2 pets! Please make sure your reservation is updated properly. If you are traveling with more than 2 pets, please reach out - sometimes we can accommodate an additional pet on a case-by-case basis for an additional fee. Thanks!

Great Stay at a Fair Rate

We had a houseful. 5 adults, 2 kids (5 and 1), and a few dogs. Place was plenty spacious for everyone to be comfortable. Fenced in backyard was nice for dogs. Great place to stay if you want to save money and not stay on the beach! Would definitely rent this place again!

Great Location for Exploring the Southport Area and Beaches

Maxwell was a welcoming and communicative host. The house was very spacious and clean, with amenities as described (beach gear, linens, towels, etc.) The property’s location allowed us to visit various local beaches, downtown Southport, Wilmington, and a few very nice mountain biking trails. Great stay, wish we had more time!

Great house for large family

We had a great stay at this house! The house as large and had plenty of seating for eating and playing games and watching movies. They had supplied us with everything we could possibly imagine. There was a nice yard for my daughter’s dog to run around in. It was a very pleasant stay and we would definitely stay there again! Only one little suggestion and that’s to add a Keurig!

Perfect Weekend Getaway

This property was the perfect place a weekend away for a friend’s wedding in Southport! The home is incredibly spacious and close to various stores, restaurants, and local spots. We were just minutes away from everything, which was so convenient. We especially loved that the property was pet friendly! The yard is a great size for the pups plus the neighborhood has a great loop to walk them each day. The home has everything you could need (towels/linens, beach gear, kitchen items, etc) plus we even received a wonderful tote upon check-in. Max was a great host and helped us so much! We will definitely be booking again for another weekend trip and will be sure to recommend this property to others. Don’t hesitate to book - you’ll have a fantastic stay!

Amazing!

As a family we have stayed in quite a few vacation rentals. Most do not live up to their description and let you down the more you walk around. This place was AMAZING from the start and never let you down the more you walked around. They had things that we had planned to purchase such as sand toys, beach chairs, charcoal, fluid, etc, etc, etc. The host was very quick with responses to questions and check in was so simple. The inside of the home had enough pillows for a wife to have spread over the entire bed. We had 11 people and it had more than enough of plates, utensils, cookware, and cooking aids than you would need. This home was a great place and will be on our list to rent in the future. Great place! Well done and would recommend to all who are visiting the area!

Laid back beach community! We are right between Southport and Oak Island Beach so we get the best of both worlds. In 10mins you can be downtown hitting shops and resturants on the sound or at the OI pier with an umbrella or fishing pole!
