Prime Location 1 block from the beach, 1 block from the sound! This highly desirable main cottage home offers 3 queen bedrooms, one bathroom and an outdoor shower. It has an additional attached 1 bed 1 bath with separate entrance if you need some private space for an additional fee! That is property 4235443 on VRBO. We are a streaming only home! We provide smart tvs for all your app watching needs! Free WIFI and flat screen tvs. We provide all bed linens and bath towels. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, microwave, cups, soap, and kitchen tools needed. We provide a washer and dryer in the home for your needs. You just have to show up with a swim suit and flip flops! The beach is on one side and the inlet sound is on the other! Perfect for the fisherman or the beach goer! We are just blocks from the boardwalk and the famous Britts donuts. Just down the street is the Marina with daily departures on fishing charters, sunset cruises, dinner cruises, and boat rentals.
Our home is kept in pristine condition and will be your perfect beach vacation!
This is the main home. There is a back cottage also on the property that a guest may rent. If you need and additional bedroom and bathroom you can rent for an additional fee. Perfect for extended families! We only allow 6 guest in this home. Children under 2 are included in our guest count. We DO NOT ALLOW PETS OR SMOKING.

Wonderful stay! The Home was clean, nicely decorated - bright and fun! Lots of light, so close to the beach!! Beds, pillows, sheets etc., so comfortable! Perfect place for our family of 5 infant. This property is not beach front but you can still hear the ocean when sitting on the amazing front porch deck. I would definitely recommend this property to others. Julie was very sweet and we truly enjoyed staying at her families home.

Everything about the rental was amazing, booking, communication, proximity to the beach and the actual lodging. Well appointed kitchen, very comfy beds and enough space for all. Excellent Stay!

This was a fantastic place to stay! The house was extremely clean and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing trip. The best part was how close it was to the beach—just a short, easy walk and we were right on the sand. There was a nice space downstairs to clean the sand off and relax. One of our favorite parts was sitting on the porch in the evening as the sun was setting. You really can’t beat the location if you're looking to be near the ocean. Highly recommended!

Perfect vacation stay

The property was clean and beautiful. The descriptions were perfect. A two block walk to the beach was convenient for this group of 70 year olds. Julie was very accommodating when we arrived early. Her cleaning person was wonderful giving us tips where to go for groceries. I would recommend this place to anyone. We would happily stay again
