Come see us in our little Village!

The space
Jacuzzi HOT TUB right outside that may be used day or night - 24/7!
It has an Oasis feel because faux vines surround 3 sides.

The bathroom has a very large shower, equipped with shampoo, conditioner, body wash.

Bathroom sink bowl is x-large.

2 queen size beds extremely comfy & a queen futon also very comfy!

TV turns 360° to watch from anywhere.
DVD Payer and movies.

Small Smart Oven, NuWave, that bakes, broils, roasts, dehydrates, grills, toasts, warms, reheats, defrosts, and an air fryer too!

Heated floor in the Winter! Also a quality portable heater if needed. Portable A/C is quality, also controlled by you.

Mini frig w/freezer door.

Small microwave with rotating plate.

Real dishes & we wash them in our dishwasher for you & return to you.
Disposable dishes too, if desired.

Fenced back and front yard, both available.

Deck with charcoal grill. We supply charcoal, lighter fluid, and long lighter. Spices and condiments on request.

HOT TUB outside open for use day & night, 24/7! Faux vines on 3 sides to feel and look like an Oasis!

Free on-property & off-property parking.

Other things to note
After cleaning we set up an Ozone Generator to disqualify any odors or germs that may be lingering.

The host had not given us the code to entry, she did apologize and we appreciate that but we had to go through vrbo just to fogure out how to contact her. When we did arrive thats when we realized its just like a hotel room and then the jucuzzi is not private at all. There back window to there house was open so you can see right into there house. Did not use it as it felt very uncomfortable.

In the 5 years I've never had a guest talk about the suite like a hotel room. All guests love it and text how pretty/cute it is. We work hard to make it that way. The amenities are plentiful, unlike a hotel room.

Communication with the host was great. They even did special touches to help us celebrate a birthday. It was a cute bnb in a cute quiet neighborhood. Very lovely little space that could sleep a family. Very pleasant overall. Loved meeting puppies of other visiting guests. Though there were spider webs around baseboards and in the bathroom. We had to kill a black widow we found in the bathroom. Other than that, it was great. Would love to visit again.

Was not an accurate description, said it was a 1 bdrm and actually it was one big room and the only sink was in the bathroom. Poor communication, never received a code to get into the place, no book about how things worked and had no info about wifi and password intil the following day and also what do with the dirty dishes and then it took 24 hours to get dishes back. Poorly stocked kitchen, luckily we didnt have to cook . The grounds are unkept and the patio furniture had tears in the cushions. Also did not mention in the website there was an apartment above us and we could hear the people walking above as the floor squeaked. I left my sound machine there and have called and emailed her with no response plus i never met her personally, she would always send her husband. Wanted to use the hot tub and couldnt firgure out how to turn it on but then the water level was low and felt best not to use it.

There's a book to tell you how the SMART OVEN works. Most guests know how to work the microwave and coffee maker. You never met me because I have MS (Multible Sclerosis), have had both hips broken, and both knees replaced. So I don't walk too well to go out to meet you. I can barely walk with a walker and have an electric wheelchair. I called you about your sound machine and left a message on your voice mail that was not complete.

This area is quiet and we are sittiEven Roeong on a good piece of land. It's close to town and there are many great restaurants.
Ice Caves are so fun in the winter. We also have infamous climbing that climbers come from all over the world for. Some have even moved here for that!
Lots of activities go on here. Even Rodeos seasonally.

What makes this property unique

We have only 1 neighbor, and they're behind a tall fence. This land is at the end of the block so we own the whole end!
