The place was clean and comfortable, plenty of street parking. I thought from the picture it had off street parking, no. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, no issues with street parking, plenty of spaces. Only thing missing was a kettle. ;) Convenient to everything. We had a lovely stay.

Enjoyed our stay with a good location to get to the River Center. We stayed on an unusually cold night. We had an issue with the heater coming on, but the host promptly had someone over to make sure it was running. I would stay again- it met expectations.

About the host

Hosted by Magnolia Homes & Properties

Host profile image
I love to travel to warm Caribbean destinations as often as possible. I fell in love with traveling years ago. I'm a simple person who fell in love with making people around me happy.

I'm available as needed. I won't be on site but feel free to call or text whenever you need something. I love to travel but I still work. If I don't respond right away I'm probably working but will get back with you quickly.

Why they chose this property

It's an amazing location. 2 minutes from the interstate. 10 minutes or less from the airport. Close to LSU and you could walk to the downtown area. Have fun on game day and be back for the night in minutes. In town for a concert or an event downtown? Visiting family? You can't go wrong with this location.

What makes this property unique

It's a 2 bedroom cottage that's close to everything. It is not wheel chair friendly. You will have a few steps as seen in the photos.
