Amazingly designed around spacious comfort. Coastal beachy vibes. Private home/non shared. Open floor plan with high ceilings, private bedroom with king sized cool foam and queen pull-out sofa. For detailed Info 352.220.1935 Well stocked gourmet kitchen with large pantry. Air fryer and slow cooker. Lots of storage. Location is perfect, close to the bike trail, downtown, hospital, grocery stores, restaurants and shopping. 1/2 hr to Gulf coast or rainbow river. 1.5 hr to larger beaches and Disney. Beautiful area to explore and plenty of room for boat/trailer parking. Large deck with gazebo, outdoor seating and hot tub. Really a perfect get-a-way cottage. We also own the larger house next door and both may be available for larger groups. Nice, safe neighborhood on a natural park-like wooded lot. Deer tracks and birds all around. Beautiful on the nature coast. Just sit back and relax or choose to explore. So many options. Winter season we require 2-3 month minimum. (Jan-mar) Recently put up light/secure wire fencing for our pet families.

This property is great. Very clean and so adorable. It was a very relaxing place to stay. It was not far from the springs or the beach and lots of places to eat nearby. Host was wonderful, very easy to get a hold of and everything was perfect for our stay.

Cozy little place

The cottage was very well designed and roomy. The furniture was comfortable. The kitchen was very functional with all the cookware and utensils you would need. The little pool behind the house was nice to have. The downtown area, only two miles away had a lot of restaurants and bars, which we enjoyed. We would definitely stay again.

Very cute cottage and Jennifer was great to work with. There were a few items we needed and she dropped them off the same day. Jennifer was a great host.
