Clean and spacious, great value for the price! The only thing that’s confuse is that it says there’s a pool, but there isn’t a private pool. I believe the pool is maybe a community pool close by!

Basement beds were of no use as bed sheets were not clean. Ice Maker was not working and some of appliances were not working. Host was very cooperative.Rooms and Bathrooms were very clean and in excellent condition. FRONT ENTRANCE HAD LOT OF Spider webs. Overall our stay was very good.

Family Graduation Gathering

We loved staying In the modern condo for a family graduation. It was spacious and well appointed with a two car garage and deck. The interior was updated and easily accommodated our 4 family members. We would stay there again given the opportunity.

Perfect location, so comfortable and clean

We used this as a “home base” for a holiday visit and college football game day. Perfect for our family of four adults. Nice neighborhood, clean, comfortable and close to several stores, restaurants, a climbing facility and pickleball rec center. Hope to be back.

Nice stay, but not what we booked…

The property was clean and nicely decorated. It provided easy access to the pool across the street. The host was attentive and available. Great experience in West Des Moines.

New Build

Fantastic! Clean new build with plenty of room for a family of 5. Daily amenities were included, which is such a bonus. Enough towels, sheets and pillows for everyone. Great place. Close to mall and many restaurants. Water park is very close and was great!!!!

Family Retreat

Property provided space needed for our group of 9 people. It was clean and was perfect home away from home. Owners were prompt with responding to questions. Highly recommend it.

This is a new and nice property in a great West Des Moines location. The owner was very available and responsive to our needs. Unfortunately we needed him as the refrigerator, though appearing very clean, it smelled horrible and we could only store bottles of liquid in it. I think it needed new air filters. The washing machine was malfunctioning and the garage door broke while we were there. I’m sure Thomas has addressed these issues but for us that’s why I can only give it 4 stars.
