Great view, well stocked and tidy

We really enjoyed our stay. Views were great and the house had a lot of beautiful art in it. Any supplies you might need are there. It may be unclear in the posting but the unit is part of a duplex. It’s well insulated so you can’t hear the other people. The cabana is a separate studio with a separate entrance above the garage. It’s has a couch, Murphy bed, fulll bathroom and some kitchen items.

I rented based on availability and photos. The photos are absolutely an accurate representation of this beautiful home. The moment we arrived and opened the door my 6 1/2 year old granddaughter said ‘this place is amazing!’ Great location right at the beach. The house was well appointed, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms. I would definitely come back and rent this home again

Fun at the beach house

My family of five spent nearly a week enjoying the house, walking the beach and visiting local sites. The property had all of the amenities you could asked for and the sunsets were amazing. I highly recommend a beach get away.

Great floor plan and location

Our family stayed at this beautiful home over the 4th of July weekend and thought the views from the grand windows were spectacular. You can see the ocean from both the main and second levels with the everchanging beach grass in the foreground. It's a short walk to the beach and we enjoyed walking to town as well. The cabana was much nicer than we expected and it would be great to have been able to see pictures of that when booking. Thanks for a memorable weekend at the beach!

A stunning stunningly beautiful home in a near perfect beachfront spot

There is nothing in this property that feels like a rental. It feels like a home with high quality design, furnishings, linens, art, and small touches. The master bedroom is worth coming for with views of the ocean, stars, and moon with the warm fireplace. My entire family loved being here and we all want to come back in the summer.

A One of a Kind Manzanita Get Away

This property (Aria 1) provided the perfect respite from what has been an unprecedented year. Spending a 5 day Thanksgiving week-end in this idyllic setting... a home as warm as my own, fronting on a gorgeous beach, with every imaginable amenity was unbelievably wonderful. The home is "home"; it is not your typical rental property. The owners have fabulous taste in art, decor, and the ability to make guests feel like "welcome family". The cabana (which features the 4th bedroom and bath) gives the opportunity for a multi-generational retreat second to none. Don't miss it if you have the opportunity! We'll be back!

Fantastic views

An amazing view! Very high quality materials, luxurious. Views are great, as mentioned, but the master bedroom is amazing - and the view from it is stellar. My only negative (and not enough to reduce my rating) is I didn't realize this was a shared house (townhouse style.) It's split in two, and we had guests on the other side during our stay. Luckily they were great neighbors and weren't loud at all. Something to keep in mind when you book (perhaps it mentioned this somewhere, but I didn't see it.) Regardless, it's an excellent house to stay at in Manzanita, and close to EVERYTHING - especially the beach!

We were four women staying at this beach front home. It was very nice! The kitchen is stocked and well appointed. The furnishings throughout the home are contemporary classics... Barcelona, Eames, and Corbusier. We loved the artwork— particularly the photography prints. The location in relationship to the beach and town couldn’t be better. Although there are neighboring houses, we didn’t even realize it because it’s a quiet street. The beds, linens, towels are hotel quality. The property manager was great to deal with and even the owner stood ready to answer any questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this vacation rental and the lovely town of Manzanita.

The beauty of the setting cannot be overstated. Breath-taking view! The house is spectacular, gorgeous wood and stone that blend perfectly into the natural environment. The kitchen is the best equipped of any rental home I have ever used. The property manager was very responsive and helpful when we had questions. 5 Stars! We would love to return.

Sunning Beach View!

My family and I have stayed at Aria several times. It is a beautiful, well appointed home on the beach. We have visited in all seasons, and weather. With its location and stunning view of the ocean, if the weather doesn't accommodate a walk outside, the beach can still be enjoyed right from the living room and master suite. A wonderful place for storm watching! Aria has a very well equipped kitchen making it easy to create memorable meals with friends and family. The charming town of Manzanita, with its many shops and restaurants, is only a 15 minute walk down the beach. When I think of staying at Aria, I think of serenity and relaxation. It is a lovely place.

Luxury on the beach

I have stayed at Aria many times over the last 5 years and keep going back for more fun while staying in luxury. The Manzanita beach is gorgeous and the arty town full of things to do (like killer shopping) but my favorite part of the day is always going back to this wonderful beach house to bask in the wonderful surroundings. The steam showers, the fancy sheets, the artwork, the views - it all adds up to a vacation I look forward to every summer. I can't wait to get more sand in my shoes again there!

Luxurious Beach Escape

I've stayed in this fantastic beachfront property several times and it's my go-to place in Manzanita! The views from the master bedroom are amazing! Every room is complete luxury and the proximity to Nehalem Bay State Park out the back plus direct ocean access out front make this the perfect getaway. This is the perfect place to enjoy the spectacular Oregon Coast, rain or shine!

Beautiful Ocean-Front Retreat

Aria is such a beautiful home with an extraordinary ocean view. The design of the home (Row House), materials incorporated and furnishings would make this a top notch resort any where in the world. We enjoyed walking from the house to the beach and strolling into town almost every day we were there. The steam shower made us feel like we were staying at a spa resort and the view from the master bedroom is like no other. The home was also well equipped for the diners we prepared in. This is a great adults retreat for a couple or a group of friends. I know we will return here again.
