Stand alone Guesthouse with no shared walls.

Nestled in the backyard of family owned home in Reseda. The space is a Studio by design and offers a peaceful and quiet retreat from the hustle of Los Angeles.

There’s a bike path right next to us, a 17.9-mile paved route from North Hollywood to Chatsworth, car-free and great for biking, jogging, or walking.

The couch in the Guesthouse converts to a bed so we have the ability to host 4 Adult Guests. With that said, it is ideal for 2 adults and 2 children.

Lovely cassita in a quiet neighborhood.

We wanted a place located near our grand-daughter in Tarzana. This space was pristine and was very true to the pictures published online. The air conditioner was efficient, the kitchen had dish towels and cleaners, and the bathroom even had bandaids in the medicine cabinet. I was impressed with the cleanliness and attention to detail and would definitely recommend this space to friends wanting a nice place to relax in the Reseda/Tarzana area.

5 day summer stay

This is a very clean, well organized unit and the neighborhood was fine with a small strip mall with supermarket a few blocks away. Pics are very accurate. Loved having the pool there when I got back from activities during a warm summer, and the A/C was very sufficient. Very good communication. No garbage disposal was the only thing I could possibly whine about.

I appreciate the clear communication

The place was just as pictured, cozy and basic and very clean. It is not luxury but neither is the cost soooo….i had to consistently park the car down the street (dropped my disabled husband off in driveway) but i felt safe walking, it was well lit. Questions that i had were answered quickly. The house was conveniently located for who we were visiting and getting on freeways.

Clean, convenient and nicely appointed

A very nice 1-room cottage, perfect for one or 2 guests. It’s set back from the street, behind a private home. Secure digital door lock. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Mini-split is quiet and easy to adjust. Small but nice bathroom (sink & shower). Kitchen was clean and well-furnished - although there were no pots or pans for cooking on the 2-burner countertop induction stove (we didn’t need these, so didn’t ask for same). The fridge was clean and worked well. Joseph, the manager, stayed in touch throughout and was available to take care of any issues. Street parking. We will definitely consider staying here again.
