Very nice place with thoughtful touches and incredibly well-stocked kitchen. Great location near the Mendenhall River and beautiful trail, well away from downtown Juneau and cruise ship crowds. Walking distance to the airport which was handy to pick up our rental car partway into the trip (extremely expensive rental cars in August). Janell responded quickly to questions. The hot tub was great - easy to use, didn’t have to preheat, 102 and nice jets. People staying in another unit in the Spruce House (3 total units) used the communal grill (next to porch for this unit) for each meal so just a note that the kitchen and living area of The Seedling (Unit C) look out to the three common areas (hot tub, grill and fire pit/chairs). Also helpful to remember this is bear country as you walk around the trails and such.

Cozy Alaskan Property

Wonderful stay at the property. Everything was clean and the amenities were lovely. The property manager was quick to respond to question and easy to contact. Overall a great stay, would definitely do it again.

First time getaway in Alaska

Great property! We felt like we were home from the moment we walked in. Very clean, spacious, nice location. Would find out if it was available any trip we took to Juneau.
