Good, safe location. Just a couple blocks to the beach. Easily walkable to Alibi with live music and very good food and other bars and restaurants

**#1P CB. GREAT LOCATION WITH UNLIMITED POTENTIAL.**My family booked a house nearby and ran out of space, so we booked Sea Esta to stay close. The location is great, very convenient to nearby shops and restaurants, and the public beach access is right at the end of the street. Overall the space works for a few people, the bathroom upstairs is a little weird, but probably too much to remodel. The pedestal sink in the half bath off the dining area downstairs makes for a tight fit. If you're looking for a place to hang out in near the beach, probably not my first choice. If your looking for a place to wash up and sleep after a long day at the beach, this will do.
