Your home away from home. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a loft and a very large patio overlooking the property. Be ready to see deer daily while you grill or you can enjoy looking outdoors from all the windows.

The house is on Shadow Mountain so you will have a beautiful drive and a very private escape.

Dish and Wi-fi access provided.

- 45 minute drive to Denver.
The space
The house is secluded by tall trees and it has the privacy you need to enjoy your stay.

As you arrive, you will drive up the driveway where you will have plenty of parking. You will find the large deck is ready to use with a grill and plenty of seating. Enjoy the scenery of deer lounging around the property.

FIRST FLOOR: On the first floor you have a cozy living room with a fireplace, a dining area and a modern kitchen with everything you need. You will also find a bedroom with a queen bed, a full bathroom, a laundry room and a second bedroom with a queen size bed and a bunk with with a t in and a full size bed.

SECOND FLOOR: Upstairs you will find a spacious loft with a large tv and two very comfy chairs. You will also have an office space and the master bedroom with a king size bed and a full bathroom.
Guest access
As our guest, you will have access to the entire house except the garage. You have a large deck with a grill and some grassy area to lounge in as well.
Other things to note
An AWD or 4WD is highly recommended in the winter. Our home is located on Shadow Mountain and it’s a dirt driveway. Without AWD you have the potential to get stuck. We do have a private snow removal service but I would still bring a car that is suitable for the snow.
