Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis! Beautiful 2 bedroom/2 bath condo on the St. Johns River. Located in the heart of Welaka, the bass fishing capital of the world.

Sportsmans Lodge offers a large pool overlooking the river, private dock with assigned boat slip to each unit, and some of the best sunsets in Florida!

This 1st floor unit is conveniently located near the pool. Each bedroom has a queen bed and smart TV. Futon located in sunroom. Washer/dryer inside unit.

Great trip and property

This is our first time staying at this location. The property was in great condition, very clean and comfortable. Plenty of room for parking boat trailer and of course great viewing areas of the infamous Welaka sunsets. Will definitely stay here again.

Quiet getaway

Overall the condo was very nice and the location on the river as well. It was very quiet and we seemed to be the only renters there. The docks were in good condition and our boat sat very well in the slip assigned to us. Only complaint is the people that live in the other condos (mostly older generations) were not welcoming except maybe 2. The others would walk by making backhanded comments and they gave a feeling of being watched all the time. We were not a rowdy bunch either, we enjoy being quiet. The maintenance guy and H.O.A president were nice and helpful with the issues with the other tenants. I would recommend this place to those that want a quiet getaway thats peaceful and not rambunctious. Just be aware that most of the people that live there made us feel that we're not welcome, and although we can ignore them like we were told, it's still annoying while we're trying to have a relaxing stress free vacation. The host was excellent and I would definitely choose one of their properties again.

This condo was a great place to stay! It was clean and comfortable and Sam was great to work with, with prompt communication. The location is wonderfully relaxing. We enjoyed mornings with coffee sitting on the swings and looking out over the river. It is nice and quiet and refreshing. We came down for the Daytona 500 and wanted to stay far from the crowds. We spent most of our time in Daytona but would loved to have spent more time here. We would love to come back!

Lovely class-act ground-floor condo in a quiet, safe area. Very clean and well appointed with everything we needed for a month-long stay. Plenty of parking for our vehicle and a small cargo trailer. Patio swings are only a short walk away from the condo’s back door, situated perfectly for an excellent view of boat activity and sunsets over the St. John’s River. Owner is super responsive. Will definitely stay here again.
