The communication was great and the unit was older but very clean ! It was easy access to the beach which we loved and the location was close to many places in Bradenton ! The pool area nice but the pool was way too cold to swim in ! We would definitely return again !

Well appointed condo!

Very nicely decorated. Bed was very comfortable. Management was very responsive after I found out I left something there. Short walk to the beach. Two large bedrooms with their own full baths. Everything you could possibly need was there. Even a couple beach chairs in the closet on the balcony. Would definitely choose this place again.

Overall the condo was a great stay except problems with ants. We had to throw out cupcakes for a birthday celebration because they were full of ants and when we left we saw a cockroach crawling across the floor. Thankfully, it was when we left or we would not have been able to stay there and would have lost our money. We asked for more washcloths but couldn’t get those, I guess since we had a washer and dryer in the unit.

While we do have a regular pest control schedule, occasional issues can arise, and we appreciate guests who help maintain the cleanliness of the property. Moreover, we strive to provide all necessary amenities to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Like hotels, we do provide basic amenities but since these are starter supplies, it may run out specially if you’re staying longer. Fortunately, our properties are conveniently located in town, so guests can easily replenish their supplies at nearby stores or supermarkets once they run out. Same with washcloths and towel, which can be washed the laundry room available in all of our property. Nevertheless, thank you for bringing these matters to our attention. Your feedback helps us improve, and we hope to have the opportunity to host you again under better circumstances.

Run Away Bay Stay

The on-line listed is inaccurate. They stated recently renovated and did not show pictures of the bathroom for a reason. Renovations consists of backsplash and a few new light fixtures and maybe new flooring in living room. Other than that the bathroom were 1970 ish and dirty. I was under the assumption the pool would be open but received text while in flight that some amenities were not available. The pool was not done and every 1st floor unit and exterior was was under construction form flooding. The AC did not work when we arrived. The leasing agent was very responsive and provided portable units. A new AC was installed in 3 days. I would not stay at this property again as the advertising was deceitful.

The listing does state that the property has undergone recent updates, including new flooring, lighting, and kitchen backsplash, and our photos accurately reflect these renovations. While the bathrooms may not be fully modernized, they are thoroughly cleaned before each guest’s arrival, and we take any cleanliness concerns seriously. Regarding the pool and exterior, we did send out communication as soon as we were informed of delays due to post-storm repairs. We understand receiving the update mid-flight was frustrating, but we acted promptly once the timeline was confirmed by the HOA management. As for the AC issue, we appreciate your recognition of our quick response. While unexpected problems can occur, we worked diligently to provide portable units immediately and had a new AC installed within three days to ensure your comfort. We regret that your stay fell short of expectations, but we can assure you there was no intention to mislead. Your feedback helps us improve, and we hope you consider giving us another chance in the future under better circumstances.

Skyrun

The condo was nice with everything you may need during a beach vacation. However, I don’t recall seeing anything about construction/rebuilding of ground floor condos throughout the entire complex. As you entered the property a sign stating “enter at your own risk” was disconcerting. The constant sound of power tools and footsteps on the roof was annoying. During the week I received a text about an issue from the HOA concerning my dog. This issue could and should have been addressed by Skyrun by simply double checking my reservation which DID include my dog. I did receive an apology and the HOA was notified. While walking my dog we had to dodge workers and construction debris throughout the entire property. I do understand the construction due to the hurricanes late last year but I feel that should have been in the original listing.The pool was not operational as well which I don’t recall seeing this in the original listing also.

The location is wonderful. Just a short walk to the popular Bridge Street and just across the street from beach access. There's even an AMI Trolley stop right in front of the property. Nice, quiet, corner upstairs room in the condo building with a view of the fountain. The family room and front bedroom/bathroom have been nicely updated. The master suite needs some updating, but that's just a minor condition given the fact you're staying right there on the island.There was a problem with the master bathroom cold water faucet in the shower. I called on a Sunday and left a message about it, and they had someone there within 2 hours to look at it. The worker acquired the part and had it fixed an hour after that. Great work on a Sunday! Thank you.
