Hi. We are Ivan and Christina Stone. We are originally from the Pacific Northwest and started visiting Arizona when I daughter was in college. We loved it so much, that we would return several times a year. This is our first time owning a vacation rental and we are excited about sharing our home with you. Why they chose this property
We wanted to be close to everything, but not too close. Arrowhead shores is the perfect neighborhood. When we visited the home we thought to ourselves that there is no reason for folks to drive down the street unless they are coming to or leaving there home. The neighbors are awesome and have been very welcoming. The neighbors are aware that our home is going to be a short term rental and are excited. We ask that while you visit to be good neighbors as well. Have fun, relax, enjoy the outdoors, just remember that there are families near and dear to us next door.
