Pool table, shuffleboard, foo's ball table, ping pong table, cornhole. Great location. 1 Mile to Peoria Sports Complex (Seattle Mariners/San Diego Padres Spring training facility). Minutes to plenty of shopping, grocery stores and restaurants. 12 minutes to State Farm Stadium (NFL-Cardinals) & Top Golf! Pool is heated during the cold months at no additional charge to our guests.

I just retired the end of January 2022. We have used VRBO a few times over the years and decided to buy a home in Peoria and try our hand at hosting. We live in Tacoma Washington where Cindy was born. We both wanted to spend more time in a sunnier climate. We have two boys and 5 awesome grandchildren, ages 2 to 10 (we want more!!).

Why they chose this property

We chose this property because of the backyard and pool as well as the layout of the house. It is a nice quiet neighborhood and so close to the Mariners spring training facility as well as a tremendous number of shops, stores and restaurants. We felt this would be a convenient location for our guests.
