Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Return all water toys/vessels,paddles, vests, etc… SUP’s, kayaks, float mats, tubes, to original position. Cleaners can not pick up.
Leave used linen on beds so cleaners can pretreat (if needed), THEN they will wash them
Laundry- Please start a full load of towels to wash & dry. Drive home safely. Come back again
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Bring all kayaks out of water nightly. Return all kayaks to racks on the last date of your stay. No open flames, vaping, smoking inside.

I’m not one to give bad reviews but this was very disappointingbut after several conversations w/ host n issues that came up Sara I decided to post a review. This is the 2nd time we rent this property. The first time I reported two issues,the second time those issues were still there. The ants in the kitchen and the beds, Even in the second story. Air cond. still rattling in one of the bedrooms, and this time the air cond. was set at 69 and you couldn’t lower it, even though the house was extremely warm no fans in the room. I reported the issue was told it’s an old house, the air conditioning company stated air would only go 20 below Whatever temperature was outside. All I can say is Sonia brought a fan to relieve, after sleeping uncomfortable because both rooms were hot. We were also told if we’re not happy, they would refund our money and we could leave within a two hour notice. The house has a lot of wear and tear, food Dispose was not working, Roof tiles and certain areas are falling out. Sofa can use cleaning, very old and dingy linen and towels. No one notified us of Gardner going into back yard while our stay, we had left a wallet outside which disappeared and then reappeared a week later without the money. Yet 4 adults Check the property several times for three days. We also suspect there’s mold on the second floor. We were also told3days before arrival of a docking fee of per each even though property states no hidden fees, n there was nothing written on Vrbo.

Best location on the springs!

The house is well equipped for our family to vacation. The water is beautiful and clear, we saw a lot of wild life and many manatees. This was our third visit this year we enjoy it so much!

Family Vacay

Everything was clean and stocked on arrival, and we had a great time. Highly recommend this house for families. Absolutely loved the bunk room upstairs. I hope to return and have the in-laws rent the house next door.

We had an amazing long weekend here, and the house just as described and perfect for us! Great location on the river which was cool and clear, it was fun watching all the kayakers, SUPers and GoBoters go by. Our family tried scalloping for the first time, it was fun. The house is stocked with games and the kitchen has a variety of accessories in addition to the usual. We would definitely come back here!

We had a great stay at this property. We saw several manateesRight off the dock. The property was well stocked with a canoe, kayaks, floats and deck seating.The house was super clean and well equipped. We traveled with a wide range of kids (13-7) and they loved having their own space upstairs.

This home is amazing! On the main river so the people watching was 10/10 the kids enjoyed being able to just jump off the dock and swim all day. This home is very accommodating to a large family of all ages. We can’t wait to come back to this place next year..

Great family house

We had an amazing stay at this house. Great spot for swimming right off the dock. Very nice clean water access with all the kayaks and everything needed to enjoy the river right in the house. Inside has a wonderful set up with all kinds of games for the kids. We will definitely use the same house for all our future visits. House was super clean and property manager was very accommodating to help us get in a few hours early.

Framily reunion - had a blast!

Everything was as described, if anything it undersold itself. We had an amazing trip. This house is on a great spot on the river. New deck was a super hit for hanging out. We enjoyed the kayaks, 4 singles so we rented a few extra. The house was very clean with lots of room for our party of 6 adults. The extra fridge was a great touch. It is a very quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again!!!

Nestled on the main Weeki Wachee river with direct access to the Gulf. This old remodeled school home has so much charm and history. With the quarky unlevel floors, several additions to the home throughout the years and the stunning backyard with screenedin patio, large dock which sits under huge trees for natural shade overlooking the clear dreamy Spring. You may fish and swim right of the dock. Maybe you have a boat you'd like to bring or rent. Please note: We do have a $60. Boat docking fee. The only electric boat permitted at our properties are the Weeki Fun Boats. This home is managed by Florida Treasure Realty, LLC with great care and love for the neighborhood and mother nature both on the water and land. Please be kind to our neighbors and the waterways. Follow all State, county and house rules. Communicate your needs to us during your stay so we can best help you. Located directly on the river with your natural pool (the Weeki Wachee Springs River) in the backyard. Hospital Hole & Rogers Park are just down river from this home. The Hotdog man and the jump tree are just up river from this home. Swim with the manatees, enjoy nature, bird watch, fish, snorkel in our tropical oasis we call paradise!
We chose this neighborhood due to the nature filled slow easy going beach vibes it gives off. Plus the fact that you can go from enjoying the Springs to the Gulf right from your backyard is so very special. There's no place like Weeki! Join us for the adventure or relaxation or a bit of both. We are happy to share the beauty with you and your loved ones.

What makes this property unique

Location Location Location. We are UP RIVER in the crystal clear part of the Weeki Wachee River, yet close to Hospital Hole.

This house has a beautiful history. Part of it was once an old school house that has since been added onto, updated and remodeled for your enjoyment. It's not perfect but it's just perfect for us and many people that have come here to get away and relax and enjoy some peace in mother nature together. We would be thrilled to share the adventure with you also.
