Welcome to our charming 3 bedroom home in Arizona City. Located in a golf course neighborhood and only 15 minutes to Casa Grande with many dining and shopping options. The house is a perfect central location to Phoenix and Tucson (one hour each way). Enjoy the beautiful Arizona sunsets in our backyard that has a large patio, bistro lights, and water fountain. Our house has an open floor plan with a spacious great room, large couch, kitchen, and desk space that makes for a comfortable stay.

Peaceful location.

Amazing property and stay!

Due to a last-minute family emergency, I needed to plan a trip, and I was fortunate to find this property available during that time. Upon arrival, I was immediately impressed by the space's comfort and invitingness. Located in a charming and safe neighborhood, it was the perfect retreat after a long day. The amenities exceeded my expectations; everything you could need was thoughtfully provided. From plush bedding to a well-equipped kitchen, every detail was taken care of. The owner was incredibly kind and responsive, making the process smooth and enjoyable. I wholeheartedly recommend this property to anyone looking to rent in the area. I'll definitely consider returning to this gem the next time I visit Arizona City.

Quiet Safe Neighborhood

I had picked this property mostly because of a previous review about it being in a quiet safe neighborhood. That was most important to me. And I can say it absolutely is. It is one of the nicest Vrbo's i've seen. The amenities were far more than I had expected and greatly appreciated. The beds were comfortable and everythung was provided. There were no crazy checkout tasks or unrealistic fees.The owner was very responsive, making the process smooth and hassle free. I highly recommend this property. I would stay here again when Im in the area. anyone looking to rent in the area. I City.

Why they chose this property

Our neighborhood is 15 minutes out of Casa Grande, and has many new homes being built. It is definitely a growing area. My favorite thing about the neighborhood is the golf course so close by, you can walk to it.

What makes this property unique

Our property is unique because of the large patio and water fountain we put in the backyard. It is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful Arizona sunsets while you listen to the running water. Our home also has a spacious floor plan with a great room that has a large couch, kitchen, small desk space, and 3 bedrooms.
