Fully equipped kitchen w/ stainless steel appliances. Smart TVs w/ high speed Internet, two car carport, spacious driveway w/ room for 4-6 vehicles.

The Space:
We've blended comfort and modern elegance to seamlessly create a warm and inviting atmosphere

While this home is equipped to host 8 people. we think the perfect group size is 6. We're happy to host 10, but keep in mind it will be a little cozier.

Is that a cloud you're sleeping on? Nope that's just the memory foam mattresses we stock in every bedroom! This is with the exception of one bed that is a Queen sized Luxury Air mattress that is in the shared space of the master!

Sure, eating at the finest restaurants can be fun. But sometimes we all need a nice home-cooked meal, right? That's why our kitchen is fully loaded with all the essentials you'll ever need to cook you and your family(or friends) a nice supper!

2 Full Beds (sleeps 2 each)
1 Queen Air Mattress (sleeps 2) note: best if placed in master

**Living Space**

Relax on the comfortable sofa and enjoy your favorite app on a Smart TV. The dining table seats 6 comfortably which makes it great for groups or family dinners.

**Kitchen**

Channel your inner Gordon Ramsay while cooking a meal in this modern kitchen. Pots, pans, cutlery, baking sheets, silverware, basic cooking oil, and salt & pepper provided. Keurig coffee, tea kettle, and a toaster is also available for your convenience.

Master Bedroom

Relax on the Queen size bed while watching Netflix on the Smart TV. Enjoy a nice hot shower in the master shower w/ rainfall shower heads.


Laundry

For your convivence we have a large washer & dryer. Feel free to use them along with provided laundry detergent pods.

Guest Access:
Entire home minus shed & cleaners closet!

The Neighborhood:
Located in a very quiet neighborhood.

Getting Around:
Ample Parking for around 6-8 Cars! I would highly suggest renting a vehicle as the home is in the suburbs.
