While I am not certain what may have occurred with the guest before your arrival, the condition of the hot tub ultimately falls under our responsibility, and I regret that it did not meet the standards we strive to provide for our guests. We take great pride in maintaining a clean and enjoyable hot tub, which is why we completely drained, cleaned, and refilled it following your stay.
