This Kiawah Island oceanfront vacation rental is a second-floor corner Windswept Villa that offers two bedrooms with two full adjacent bathrooms and gorgeous ocean views.

The villa is the perfect getaway for couples or families who want to stay right at the beach! The renovated villa features tile floors in the kitchen and baths with granite countertops throughout. The remodeled kitchen and baths are complemented by hardwood floors, wainscot walls throughout the living, dining, and entry hall areas, with bright colors and modern furnishings. The living room features new comfortable seating, wall-mounted flat-screen TV with DVD player, wet bar, and work area overlooking the ocean. The ocean view corner deck, one of the largest in the complex, is accessible from the living area and offers a dining table for 4. The fully equipped kitchen has an elevated counter with two bar stools connecting to the dining room, which makes for easy meal preparation and entertaining.

The primary suite features gorgeous ocean views, a king bed, flat-screen TV, a reading chair, and a private bathroom with shower and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom offers a twin over king bunk bed, wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and private entrance to the hall bathroom with shower/tub combination.

The villa is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless Internet.

The front exterior entrance of this villa building has a short flight of stairs, with a recently installed ADA-compliant ramp up to the first floor, with access to an elevator or use of adjacent stairs. Continuing isolated capital improvements occur to the property during the off-peak season.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $250. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more – the choice is yours!

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the multiple amenities at Night Heron Park, adjacent to the Windswept complex, which includes a new restaurant and general store, a large playground, and a kids’ camp as well as various nature and entertainment activities.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.
