This first floor oceanfront Kiawah Island vacation rental offers two bedrooms, two oceanview decks, and panoramic beach views. The villa is mere steps from the beach.

Upon entering this updated beachfront Windswept villa, you will immediately notice the breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean, shiplap walls, and coastal aesthetic. The living area provides the perfect setting to tune in to your favorite TV show, curl up with a good book, or relax and watch the mesmerizing ocean views. During your stay, prepare your meals in the fully equipped kitchen. With new countertops, cabinetry, and appliances, the villa’s kitchen is sure to make cooking a pleasure.

The primary suite showcases serene ocean views and has a king-sized bed, a TV, entry to the deck, and a private bathroom. The second bedroom offers two twin beds, a TV, and direct access to the hall bathroom.

Two decks, one covered and one uncovered, overlook the sparkling ocean. Perfect for dining al fresco, the covered deck has a table and chairs. The uncovered deck, which can also be accessed from the primary suite, has two lounge chairs.

The villa is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $250. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Beautiful Beach View!

This beachfront condo was perfect for our family. The view of the beach was great, and we enjoyed the two porches. The beds were comfortable, and the location is convenient with an easy walk to The Nest and Night Heron Park. We would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our time here. Villa had everything we needed and the view was fantastic. Check in and out were so easy. Only negative, out door seating was not very comfortable. Loved the beach and discovering the resort on our bikes. Beautiful sunsets at the Ryders Cup.

Fantastic!

Beautiful condo! Clean and well equipped with everything you need. Overlooking the beach with a wonderful view of ocean. Listening to the ocean waves at night was wonderful. Called maintenance for lock box issue and screen door in bedroom. They came right away and fixed both. Definitely would stay here again. Thank you for the lovely place to stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: If you want to enjoy the ocean view this condo is perfect. Great location. A few minor problems that the rental company took care of. The bathroom on the floor above us was leaking into our shower. When we were leaving we noticed that our shower drain backed up and the microwave didn’t heat anything. Hopefully those issues were fixed before the next renters arrived.We would definitely rent this unit again for the views.

From out records, we see that there were a couple of minor issues reported with a clogged shower and loose electrical outlet that were immediately addressed. Our team also brought over the additional bathmat requested and multiple members of our team came to walk you through the functioning of the TVs in the unit. I am pleased to advise that no other guests throughout a long and busy rental season have reported the same issues, and thus believe much of this to be personal preference. However, I have passed your comments to our team to investigate and address anything that may be needed.

Great location, furnishings, kitchen ware, great beds. Only thing that could have been improved was porch furniture. 2 chairs around table on porch and one seat was broken and unusable. Otherwise, great property.

Great weekend!

Visited this property with our family (2 adults, 2 kids) and there was plenty of space for the whole family. The view from inside the unit has a clear line of site to the beach, which allowed for us to cook dinner, or sit on the porch, and keep an eye on the kids while they played on the beach.

Relaxing Beach Trip

Had a very nice week at Kiawah Island. Location of this property is excellent. Short walk to the beach. Close enough to stores, shopping and restaurants. The patio views from this property are excellent. Kitchen has everything you need and the overall unit is well kept. The beach on Kiawah is beautiful. Nice medium waves the week we visited. The beach has ample room even during high tide since the area isn't overly crowded. My only complaints are the stingrays in the shallow waters. Kind of scary with kids. Thankfully we had no issues. Great experience at this property, with the property manager and Kiawah in general. I would visit again.

Summertime Stay 2021

The stay at this condo was truly fantastic. It's location on Kiawah Island itself is ideal, both for the quiet sense of privacy and relative seclusion of the Windward Villas themselves, but the ease its location allowed for exploring the entire region. The rooms are well appointed with 2 decks that provided dramatic seascape views. The rental process was easy and the pictures and depictions were accurate. It truly allowed for a wonderful family vacation for us, and we would certainly love to return.

Relaxing get away

We enjoyed our two week stay and found the villa to be very comfortable. We loved being beachfront with pretty views from the living room and the master bedroom. It’s in a good location for access to the beach, bike trails, golf courses, shops and restaurants. We are hoping to stay there again.
