The property was great for our church ladies trip. Plenty of space. Beds were very comfortable and the sound machine in each bedroom was much appreciated. Street noise can get loud.

Perfect short stay!

Great little home near all the essentials. Well equipped household. (Loved the boardgame selection!) We were in town for a weekend wedding, and this was perfect for our group of 6.

Great renovated property. Shady neighborhood.

My family and I gathered for a celebration of life. Inside the home was very clean and newly renovated. Very close to the street where you could hear drag racing and loud vehicles at night many of the homes surrounding are boarded up. Only a couple blocks away from Indiana technical Institute.

Great for work travel

We came into town for a work training and this house worked great for us. We appreciated the office space and the cleanliness. There was plenty of space for four women to stay and get ready in the morning. I am glad that we were not relying on the area for dining or entertainment. While the house was great its location doesn’t have a walkable neighborhood.We would stay here again for work travels!

Comfortable and Convenient

Beautiful home with everything you need and then some. Stayed with family for our nephew's wedding just south of Ft. Wayne. It was an easy location to and from the venue and comfortable for us adults and our teens. Loved the sound machines in every bedroom and all of the coffee and tea fixings! If we are in need of lodging near family in Ft. Wayne again, we'll definitely be back! Way better than a hotel by far. Thank you Jason!

The house was clean and inviting with enough decor to make it attractive but not overdone. Everything that was listed as available was there. The house was spread out enough to make it not cramped, with extra side rooms if a group wanted more quiet or to play a game. The dining table wasn't big, but there was seating at the kitchen island, also. The pillows were super stuffed, so if you are particular about the pillow size, bring your own. There were just enough towels, but Jason would most likely have made more available if we asked him. Having a half-bath downstairs was very handy to prevent constant treks up the stairs. I would recommend this listing to those looking for a vacation rental.

Awesome house

The host for this property thought of a every detail to make the stay comfortable. The property was close to plenty of things to do and easy to locate. I appreciated the shampoo and body wash available in the showers and keeping normal spices on hand, the kitchen was well supplied with needed dishes. The only negative I had on the property is the amount of road noise that can be heard while nearly anywhere in the house, But the sound machines that were included in all bedrooms helped. Do not regret the booking.

Clean, convenient weekend get away

.My husband & I came for the Brew Fest. We wanted to stay somewhere within walking distance and we prefer VRBO's. It is more relaxing & comfortable. when you get back to your overnight stay, plus there are board games available to play if your choose to stay in. This place is within a mile of the Park where the Brew Fest was so we were able to walk and not worry about parking or driving after having a few drinks. We also were able to walk to The Deck for dinner that evening. The house has everything you need to cook and all rooms are very well kept. We highly recommend this house, it was worth the price to stay and feel at home while we enjoyed our weekend away.

Well planned home with stocked kitchen and open spaces, clean and comfortable. A washer and dryer made it more convenient for our family as well. The front of the house is close to a main street, but the back entrance was relatively quiet and private with parking close to the house. We were very pleased with our accommodations!
