The contemporary open living space boasts a plush seating area, a TV, and opens up to a balcony on the main floor that will leave you breathless. The chef's kitchen is a dream come true with brand-new appliances, ample counter space, an island with bar top seating, and a banquette style dining table. Down the hall, you'll find a laundry room, as well as an elevator and staircase for easy access. We’ve added a second living space with a television and a wet bar with a wine fridge to add to your experience.

The primary bedroom exudes a luxurious coastal feel and provides access to the impressive third-floor balcony. The ensuite bathroom is truly a peaceful retreat, complete with a standalone soaking tub, double vanity, and walk-in shower. The six King guest rooms are equally impressive, each boasting plush bedding, premium mattresses, and ensuite bathrooms with gorgeous walk-in showers. The maximum occupancy for this home is 12 adults; however, children under 6 years of age are not included in the City’s occupancy limit. Lido Key Vacations enforces a total occupancy limit of 18 persons, including both adults and children under 6.
